Magic Deck Viewer
I have built a program that allows a person to view their decks and click on the name of said card to view it's playing card as well as a basic search by name interface. I don't have a home online for it yet, but if it would help the everyday magic player I can provide a source/compiled version of it. However, it does require an internet connection to view the card images, but not for the card list.
It reads text based apprentice format and is light weight, but does require the user to catalog decks they want to browse.
