    Sorry if I am missing something, but why Summoner's Pact if there are no green creatures in the deck?

    No problem man. The Pacts are the win condition. You play Hive Mind, then one (or more) Pact, then pass the turn. They can't pay the upkeep for their copies of the Pact(s) and they lose.
