Well, I am jumping into some modern play and afraid I am really not being original for this list. As it stands this Sammy Tukemans GP San Diego 2nd place list. I really like it in the first bit of trial that I have had with it though. I plan to sort of use it for a while until I can feel out the meta some. Legacy Pox in Columbus #6

So, I went to the Legacy Open in Columbus this past Sunday. While there, I felt heartened, because there were a lot of Pox decks, Mono-Black and Loam, and that gave me hope for the deck’s future. It’s catching on; more people realize how great the deck is, how fun it is to play. So, on to my matchups. I’ll probably be a bit more brief than I usually am, but it can be hard to remember details of games when you’ve played so many in a day.

Welcome back! Not too long ago a user by the name of "Froze Over" posted a list on the pox primer thread (you can see it here). It was more of a zombie combo list with smallpox in it than it was a pox list, but it got me thinking. What would a pox list look like?

-I'd want something that gives me great card advantage: Shardless Agent ✓
-I'd want some more tools to lock out my opponent: Counterbalance ✓
-I'd want another blue legacy staple: Brainstrom...

so here is my maga deck. I am not playing infinite for a reason. No sanguine bond or rings/basalt here on purpose. This deck is very strong i have played it against so really brutal decks and it wins atleast 75 percent of them if not more. im looking for suggestions on ways to make it better budget is not a thing i love magic and it is a hobby im willing to spend on.

Star City Games Baltimore. The Legacy event had 298 people. I would have liked to bring my Holy Pox list to this event, but the BG pox was already sleeved up, and there are a few cards that I'm missing for Holy Pox. Perhaps it was laziness that prevented me from seeking out people to borrow, or maybe I just wanted to see how BG did.
