I have built a program that allows a person to view their decks and click on the name of said card to view it's playing card as well as a basic search by name interface. I don't have a home online for it yet, but if it would help the everyday magic player I can provide a source/compiled version of it. However, it does require an internet connection to view the card images, but not for the card list.
