Explanation of Tiers
Tier 1: Practically guaranteed to Top 8 any event. Extremely popular.
Tier 1.5: High chance of at least 1 deck in this tier Top 8ing. Popular.
Tier 2: Moderate chance of at least 1 deck in this tier Top 16ing. Capable of placing high, but dependent on meta. Not very popular (after hype dies down) - usually only one pilot has played this deck...

Epic Gifts
RTR brought a lot of grave hate to Modern - Rest in Peace and Dryad Militant being the strongest among them.
