this may have been said before but is deathrite shaman anything to look at for sideboard tech. bring it in against decks the use the graveyard. also lets you use the mana you discarded to looting later if you absolutely need it.

ok well everyone know what you can do with Nivix Cyclops and i wanna try and run it in a rug build.
now i have it set up almost the way i like it but its gotta a couple cards in it that always seem to do nothing for me so ill give you a list and whats not working and ill take any pointers you have to give.
most of the deck is aimed to win between turn 3 and 5 with an alpha strike of sorts. If it dosent go off, which happens, the rest of the deck helps me keep goin i.e. thrag and huntmaster, giving me creatures and life.
now my main problem is wandering wolf. it works great with the silverheart and revenge of the hunted but thats about it.
i would like a card to replace it that will helps stop blitz deck but a card that can hold its own if i need it later in the game.
my opponents see im using control game 1, then i throw in 4 cyclops and 2 dodges. All i need is a cyclops a dodge and a boros charm and its game if i save a negate to protect my cyclops.
i have pulled this off 3 times in game 2 on turn 4 for 10 unblockable double strike.
it usually comes in before thragtusk a opposing revelations can go off.
with tons of shocks and check lands i hardly see basic lands at my LGS soooo.
i used the bracers and hydroform to throw the bracers on my Ghost quarter and basically i strip mine 2 lands for a couple mana. later in the game i treasured find my ghost quarter and do it all over again.
kinda slow but funny watching my opponents reaction when i do it, then realize they are playing no basic lands.
i run a deck close to this. as of right now im running just UR and im working on splashing some green for fog like effects.
but one thing i didnt notice is a card to deal with the monsters in reanimatior like griselbrand or other cards like boros reckoner. to deal with those i love Rapid Hybridization. its a 1 cost that sets off guttersnipe. it can slow down a monster when it attacks. isnt a 3/3 frog easier to spear than a reckoner. also wait for your opponent to activate griselbrand and 1 mana kill it for a generic 3/3. just a thought
can you do the same with spark trooper or no?

i dont like that its a sorcery but other than that i like it.
also this is what im running. it went 3-1 first night but i feel it could be better.
also in casual stuff playing my friends i dont lose with this deck so i have played more than the 4 on that first night.

Slayers' Stronghold won me a game with my snappy just swinging away otherwise i dont use it until i got a good mana base. Also helps against control
also im working on getting more sphinx's so thats on the way to being 2 or 3
i know pillar should be in here but my LGS dosent have much need for it at the moment but as soon as i run into more voice's ill probably put it in.
also a one of boros charm as helped me a couple times too.
