also, the bottom frame on garruk is a lot thicker than jace or chandras, in addition to the artist name being wrong, it seems really fake. also why get another art for ponder when the m11 art was only used once??
So I'm Japanese, so I was watching the promo movie for Magic 2012 (where gideon "dies")
at the last scene, the cards are shown and I realised that there is a Kanji on Jace with furigana on top of it. The movie was low quality so I couldn't make out what the Kanji was, but Jace Beleren (ジェイス・ベレレン)doesn't have a Kanji at the start of his name.
same with Chandra Nalaar (チャンドラ・ナラー), She had a Kanji at the start of her name.
also Garruk Wildspeaker (野生語りのガラク)had a different Kanji at the start of the cardname, it seems it's 原 maybe primeval perhaps (原始) like in primeval titan (原始のタイタン)this is confirmed by the number of furigana which seems to appear, 野(や)生語りのガラク 原(げん)始.
It could be that Wizards is being sneaky and trying to trick us Japanese people, but I don't think that's the case here
@Karang: Green isn't really the fastest colour in terms of damage, so if i wanted to build a quick deck, i would just build a RDW deck.
@donasdux: I actually thought of that, but then to have them both out on the field, i would need stoneforge mystics. and that's not really in my colours.
Concept:
To ramp out early threats while still bashing with nest invader and burning the other side of the field.
Cunning Sparkmage is maindeck since a lot of creatures have 1 toughness. Squadron Hawks in Caw-go, Boros to waste one of their landfall triggers and hopefully slow them down enough, and with rug on the rise, this can take care of their cobras.
Comments and Suggestions appreciated and will be taken into consideration! thanks (:

Creature - Cleric Knight (U)
First strike, infect. "Tear their eyes out of their screaming faces, only then, they will be ready to receive our blessings."
-- Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. (1/2)
Maybe it could be 2/2, but I fear it could be too powerful. I also wanted to keep it in the 2-mana zone.
actually considering all 2 drop infects are 1/1s this one is already powerful with the first strike, it as a 2/2 will be quite overpowered.

Destroy target creature
I thought that since this is more mana restrictive than terror, it should remove the limitations.
Consume Flesh: dealing 3 damage is out of those 3 colour's colourpie isn't it?
maybe if it said "you gain 9 life choose one- target player loses 3 life, target creature gets -3/-3" or something it might fit the colours.
updated version: Astralis, Geomancer Outcast3GR
Planeswalker - Astralis
[+1]: Tap target land, it doesn't untap during it's controller's next untap step
[-3]: Destroy target land. If it was non basic, Astralis, Geomancer Outcast deals 2 damage to its controller.
[-6]: Destroy 3 target lands, Astralis, Geomancer Outcast deals X damage to target player, where X is twice the number of land cards in that player's graveyard.
the ponder can't be cast at instrant speed as even with flashback, the ponder is still a sorcery and time restrictions will still apply.
I have been wondering if Kargan Dragonlord is worth putting instead of Ember Hauler or Plated Geopede?
thoughts/ideas/suggestions?
i'd hate to open this

I guess Tunnel Ignus isn't so bad, seeing that there doesn't seem to be a valid plan to disrupt valakut fast enough in G/R.
I go fine at competitions~
until BAM i hit the occasional ramp deck,
once i tried to use Tunnel Ignus against Valakut ramp, but it immediately got PYroclasm'd
can someone tell me how a R/G aggro such as mine could possibly beat valakut?
