I'm going to take a break and let some other folks get their thoughts up. I have Roleplay posts to write actually, one that I'm in the middle of right now ;_;
I think one of Iso and Megiddo is scum. I don't know if both of them are, but I'm fairly positive at least one of them is; my gut tells me Megiddo is the more likely candidate of the two to be scum.
Dude, Iso just flipped scum. You're not paying attention.
Admittedly, this makes me think you're town.
Jey K is my next target. Him and Iso strongly motivated our two mislynches. I want a claim.
By the way, I said Karn was town, I never pushed his stupid lynch. When I did a complete 180, I was trying to set a trap for Iso that he didn't fall for so I was unsure about killing him N1 but I was damn due after Agod mislynch he would flip scum N2.
Actually I just looked back at Ghosting's posts and I'm thinking it's Arian and Ghosting.
For a while I chalked up Ghosting's strange posts (like his adamant refusal to give any reads for a long time) to just being a new player, but his opinions seem very opportunistic upon reflection. He barned his way onto the Karn wagon, and he said his vote should be considered on AG, then pointed blame at Zionite and me for actually voting him - classic sitting-back-scum.
your entire post is almost irrelevant because Xyre and Arianrhod are the last scum.
I don't disagree with you, but really, read this post again in relation to my post.; you can't tell me what I just posted is null based on your own opinion.
Again, though, I don't disagree that that's a very likely possibility.
Check out all that hedging. Ghosting really doesn't want to come right out and support this. Why? Well, because his opinion on Arian conveniently changed overnight:
This was my planned first post of the day I wrote before the day started, didn't take into consideration night kills and vigs exist.
Alright, here we go.
I think one of Iso and Megiddo is scum. I don't know if both of them are, but I'm fairly positive at least one of them is; my gut tells me Megiddo is the more likely candidate of the two to be scum.
I think JeY K and, parinoid, and ExpiredRascals are town. I don't get scum vibes from them and their replies seem genuine to me so far. JeY K feels like noob town to me (no offense), pikachugundam's replacement post feels pretty town to me looking back, and I don't see scum intentions behind ER's posts.
I think Xyre's more likely to be scum than Zionite but both of them are neutral/leaning scum to me as of right now. Them hammering causing the speed lynch that happened yesterday definitely draws a lot of suspicion upon them. Xyre hammered, though, which I think makes him look worse than Zi.
Arian not voting and being less active than I remember him being D1 is also something to keep in mind. Honestly have no idea where to put him, though.
I'm going to reread Meg's posts first and see where to go from there.
Despite the definite "if AG is town, Arian is scum" argument, he's now making excuses for Arian's scummy behavior (and he doesn't even call it scummy when it's clear the behavior he's describing is scum behavior - he says "[it's] something to keep in mind" and then says he has no idea what to say about him.
The above, coupled with the fact that it makes no sense for Arian and me to be scumbuddies, means our best strategy is to lynch Arian. When he flips scum, you know I'm clear, and then we can look at Ghost. (If he's town, I'll accept the blame at the end of the game for being so damn wrong.)
@Xyre: explain to me how ghosting is scum if he missed the day post entirely?
I believe he wrote that post before the day began, sure. My point is it represents a tactical retreat from his stated association between AG and Silver. Hell, nothing changed between when he said if AG was town, Silver was scum and whenever he wrote that post - except for AG's death, of course. If he was town, he'd have followed that lead, I think.
I just don't buy that a scum would make a pre-existing post without double checking it in relation to the day reveal.
Why not? Especially since I don't think anyone expected to see dead Iso (except Jey, naturally).
<3
Once Agod flipped town I wasn't having any more of Iso's ****. There was literally no way to convince you guys to lynch him though, without most likely getting lynched myself, so I saved everyone the trouble.
I don't think Ghosting is scum but I wouldn't save him for very long on a PoE I think.
I've reviewed a little bit and maybe Xyre could be town, but with everything I've seen it's just too unlikely. Anyone have any sense for the last two scum that's better than Xyre+Arian?
I'm willing to take thoughtful explanation supplemented by straight evidence (quotes or post links).
Plan on posting any sort of content soon, Ghosting?
I actually had this cool interactions chart thing in mind, I have no idea how useful it'll be right now, but I think it'll help out a lot later; I've just been delayed by opening shifts at Starbucks requiring me to wake up at 3:30 and everything just goes downhill from there.
What does that tell you about the current situation?
Actually I just looked back at Ghosting's posts and I'm thinking it's Arian and Ghosting.

@Xyre: explain to me how ghosting is scum if he missed the day post entirely?
This. I didn't even see that D2 had started before it was over (I very, very rarely post on weekends). Good point, scum
I'm pretty confidant that there is a scum present in either Zionite or Xyre. The "derf accidental quicklynch" doesn't read right to me. Xyre seems off enough this game that I'm willing to give him a pass for the moment.
Zionite's "hey guise i was right about iso" bit feels very self-aware and contrived. More coming later (I need to figure out my deck for a standard event on Saturday before I leave for lunch today....kind of awkward). For now, though, I am confidant enough to Vote Zionite.
Oh are we picking a top 3? Karn Arian and Jey - should be obvious why at this point.
Knowing Iso, he likely wouldn't pick three townies for his list. Ergo, we should lynch Arian.
this.
vote: arod
Hit the one that's definite, take care of the other one later.
@jey step back and don't go tunnelling. You're confirmed town, please keep a level head.
I dunno about Iso picking two town and a scum. He's been causing mislynches left and right with such undeniable ease I wouldn't doubt that he didn't even need to lynch all three to win. Think, if Iso didn't die tonight they would've been just one mislynch lynch from winning.
Hi my lovelies! Because I am indeed confirmed town, I've been putting my stance to good use and hitting the grind. Lots of re-reading.
I'm feeling more confident about Arian over Xyre toDay.
Zionite feels awkward to me for the same reason Xyre does but Zionite posted even less. I've been focusing my re-read on him (and skimming some other stuff near it when I find posts). I think Zionite could be scum but I really, REALLY lack confidence here.
I feel like ExpiredRascals has been a non-entity all game. I also found some interesting interactions between him and Megiddo during Zionite re-read - It seemed as though there was nothing to push on Megiddo but he did it anyway. But seeing as Megiddo pushed Karn AND Agod... -sigh-. It just feels yicky that he wanted Megiddo lynched considering his alignment now. Hey ER, can you post more? Thanks! I would also appreciate who you think the last two scum are.
(One more thing ER, that post you had about AGod? Please don't refrain, I'd like to see. gimme gimme!)
So, Iso wanted to Push Arian day two as well before Agod went haywire(I should've quoted the post but I lost it and I'm not going back for it =_=) right after Karn. That makes me... Iffy about Arianrhod. Iso's goal here was to chain early easy mislynches because there were so many to choose from. Karn, Me, after Agod derped he became a target... A lot of people also believed that once Agod flipped town, Arian would be scum. I would've been curious to see who Iso would've chosen for a Day 3 target but without him alive I think we can get some moments of clarity here.
Anyone willing to do some hard research on Iso and dig up some interactions (please get quotes or post links)? I feel like I should re-read Arian next. If he's town I'm probably right about Xyre though. However Would leave me baffled for 3rd scumteam member @_@.
I don't know if you're bad at reading or just trying really hard to try to paint me as scum, but I called Arian's behaviour suspicious, and as far as I know, calling someone suspicious doesn't equate to attempting to excuse their behaviour.
Not only that, but I called Arian and you the two remaining scum a post or two later.
Very obvious case of OMGUS we have here.
[QUOTE]The above, coupled with the fact that it makes no sense for Arian and me to be scumbuddies, means our best strategy is to lynch Arian. When he flips scum, you know I'm clear, and then we can look at Ghost. (If he's town, I'll accept the blame at the end of the game for being so damn wrong.)
"Come on, guys, it makes no sense for Arian and me to be scum! Let's just lynch him, he'll flip scum (I know that because I, too, am scum), then we'll lynch Ghosting because Arian flipping scum obviously confirms me as town and Ghosting's post all wreak of scum!"
I hammered in line with my previous statement that I wanted to lynch him.
Admittedly, Iso has outplayed me again (I blame Megiddo ), so I'm unhappy with my current position, but I know where I want to go first:
Vote Arianrhod
Also, if you think somehow Arian and I are scumbuddies, consider the fact that I basically started the wagon on Arian and have been pursuing him pretty much constantly - only breaking stride to pursue bad suspects.

You explain how scummy Xyre is and something scummy he did in his post about me, then try to excuse him for it while still saying he's scummy, then you vote Zionite? Very obviously trying to make sure you can support a Xyre wagon later if necessary.

Very obvious case of OMGUS we have here.
Start with the bolded parts. These are both attempts to incriminate me with language. I'm not accusing him of anything, I'm "trying really hard to paint [him] as scum". He cites OMGUS without providing any context for that accusation beyond the fact that I'm voting him after he voted for me.
(Admittedly, his suspicion of me brought him to my attention, but he does nothing to justify this argument that I'm only suspecting him to cast suspicion off myself, aka the definition of OMGUS. If Ghosting truly believed I was deflecting by accusation, he'd have argued so, rather than used the loaded phrase without context.)
Then blue: He misses my point. "Suspicious" is a significant step back from guaranteed scum, which was the clear implication of his original post about Arian. But the word "suspicious" is entirely consistent with Ghosting's tendency toward fence-sitting when an open avenue of attack isn't present - or, in this case, when the subject is his buddy, as I'm arguing.
your entire post is almost irrelevant because Xyre and Arianrhod are the last scum.
I don't disagree with you, but really, read this post again in relation to my post.; you can't tell me what I just posted is null based on your own opinion.

This is the post Ghosting's talking about here, in which he supposedly "called you and Arian the two last scum". I've already pointed this out, but let's reiterate: he's gently barning Jey. "I don't disagree that that's a very likely possibility" contains two weasel phrases that are not "I agree". And even then, there's nothing in Ghosting's first post today that at all points to an Arian/Xyre axis - those are just two easy people he can suspect when the situation calls.
And speaking of barning - when does Ghosting decide to vote?
Ghosting I like your thinking. Help me take down this poser. without Iso the scumteam is nothing =) He was doing pretty good too but now I'm stepping out from under my fake noob shadow and taking charge.
It's party time =)
I can support this.
Vote Xyre.
Post 944 - twenty-six posts later - after barning Jey again. (And can you just feel the conviction oozing off "I can support this"? I sure can't.)

Your posts are so transparent.
I bolded another meaningless slander.
The quote is ridiculous. You've done nothing to prove that Arian and I make any sense as scum buddies - which makes sense, since Jey did all the work and you're just following her lead; you don't actually know what you're talking about at all.
I hammered in line with my previous statement that I wanted to lynch him.
Admittedly, Iso has outplayed me again (I blame Megiddo ), so I'm unhappy with my current position, but I know where I want to go first:

Coming out strong with a vote on your scum buddy.
Nice try.
And more bluster in place of defense of his arguments.
Also, Iso's killer should show himself to narrow the pool.
Yes, unnecessarily reveal yourself so Xyre can kill you, whoever killed Iso.
Again, nice try.
Ditto. (And the fact that Jey already claimed, long ago, indicates just how manufactured this accusation really is. Not to mention that there was almost no risk to begin with, since multi-shot vigs are very rare in basics.)
Actually I just looked back at Ghosting's posts and I'm thinking it's Arian and Ghosting.

Vote Xyre today.
This post only makes sense if Ghosting believes Arian is scum, but he's encouraging him to vote for me instead.
Those two elements together only make sense if Ghosting is Arian's scumbuddy.
The IRL night after I sent the vig PM to Wheat, I had a dream that I checked mafia and Iso flipped scum, then I went godmode and started taking down the rest of the scum team starting with you. I forgot who the 3rd member was in that dream... oh well.
When I woke up and there was no flip yet I was so mad ;_; none of that happened! -sigh-. but then when Iso finally flipped I got so excited. I double checked my subconscious bye doing a quick skim of your work in this topic and I was sure that I wasn't being led astray because let's face it, your play hasn't been stellar. Neither has mine but I'm making up for it now that it really counts.
I couldn't save Karn because he was being too mindlessly belligerent and pushing Iso's lynch would surely have backfired into me getting lynched for sure.
I wanted to put pressure on you to see how you would handle it. You're not off the hook entirely but you're not nearly as favorable as a lynch to me you used to be.

Two other players made the same OMGUS comment I did. This is also meant for them, too, right?
There was no loaded phrase, I simply called it OMGUS. It is much less loaded than your referencing of my posts as "ridiculous", a "significant" step back, calling my comments "accusations", and "incriminate". Very simple, obvious, basic cases of loaded language on your part. Any law student would tell you the same.
If I thought it was more likely that he was scum as you, I would be voting him right now.
Guess what, my view changed slightly since I last posted it. How long ago was that? I'm sure nothing new has happened since then, right?
your entire post is almost irrelevant because Xyre and Arianrhod are the last scum.
I don't disagree with you, but really, read this post again in relation to my post.; you can't tell me what I just posted is null based on your own opinion.

You're right! I should've just taken your word from it from the start. How could I be so silly? It really does make no sense. I trust you.
I bolded another meaningless slander.
Nothing meaningless about me calling your posts transparent; the scummy intentions behind them are very clear, hence me calling them transparent.
You just overreacted very hard to a few points against you and a vote. Nothing about what you did or how you did it seems town in the slightest.
You continue to push that you and Arian as scum "makes no sense", that you're town because you tell us, and you make all of it worse by trying to put together what ended up a very telling reactionary post to my points against you.
I was trying to fix the formatting of my post and while I was in the advanced tools section I ended up clicking save changes instead of preview changes.
Is there any way this can be excused? No new content was added, I was just attempting to fix the quotes. I understand if it can't be. :/
In case I get modkilled and don't have the opportunity to post my reads afterwards, in case it wasn't already obvious, I'm convinced Xyre is scum and will do the best I can to have him lynched if I'm allowed to continue playing.
My next biggest scumspect is Arian, as I've explained today, yesterday, and D1.
I have no idea who's scum other than that, but I really just want people to read my posts and the responses Xyre gives to them, it makes it very obvious Xyre's scum.
hey all, I'm operating on three and a half hours of sleep right now, so I'm gonna hold off on a real post until tomorrow when I can actually read what's happened toDay.
In the meantime, can we not risk another quicklynch? We seriously just did this exact thing yesterDay and we already have someone at L-1 toDay.

vote Arianrhod
For a while I chalked up Ghosting's strange posts (like his adamant refusal to give any reads for a long time) to just being a new player, but his opinions seem very opportunistic upon reflection. He barned his way onto the Karn wagon, and he said his vote should be considered on AG, then pointed blame at Zionite and me for actually voting him - classic sitting-back-scum.
But wait! There's more.
So Ghosting said this in the run-up on AG:
Reasonable conclusion to draw.
Then read this:
Check out all that hedging. Ghosting really doesn't want to come right out and support this. Why? Well, because his opinion on Arian conveniently changed overnight:

Oh jeez I knew it was bad but not that bad.
Prods!

Why not? Especially since I don't think anyone expected to see dead Iso (except Jey, naturally).

Once Agod flipped town I wasn't having any more of Iso's ****. There was literally no way to convince you guys to lynch him though, without most likely getting lynched myself, so I saved everyone the trouble.

¤.†.¤ The OceanLink ¤.†.¤
I was V/la for most of it and straight missed day 2 due to the quick hammer.
Reading up now.
What does that tell you about the current situation?
this.
vote: arod
Hit the one that's definite, take care of the other one later.
@jey step back and don't go tunnelling. You're confirmed town, please keep a level head.
OMGUS more.
I dunno about Iso picking two town and a scum. He's been causing mislynches left and right with such undeniable ease I wouldn't doubt that he didn't even need to lynch all three to win. Think, if Iso didn't die tonight they would've been just one mislynch lynch from winning.

Your posts are so transparent.
Coming out strong with a vote on your scum buddy.
Nice try.
Yes, unnecessarily reveal yourself so Xyre can kill you, whoever killed Iso.
Again, nice try.
You explain how scummy Xyre is and something scummy he did in his post about me, then try to excuse him for it while still saying he's scummy, then you vote Zionite? Very obviously trying to make sure you can support a Xyre wagon later if necessary.
Vote Xyre today.
I'll post one after work.

Finally, red. Let's check the tape:
This is the post Ghosting's talking about here, in which he supposedly "called you and Arian the two last scum". I've already pointed this out, but let's reiterate: he's gently barning Jey. "I don't disagree that that's a very likely possibility" contains two weasel phrases that are not "I agree". And even then, there's nothing in Ghosting's first post today that at all points to an Arian/Xyre axis - those are just two easy people he can suspect when the situation calls.
And speaking of barning - when does Ghosting decide to vote?
Post 944 - twenty-six posts later - after barning Jey again. (And can you just feel the conviction oozing off "I can support this"? I sure can't.)
I bolded another meaningless slander.
The quote is ridiculous. You've done nothing to prove that Arian and I make any sense as scum buddies - which makes sense, since Jey did all the work and you're just following her lead; you don't actually know what you're talking about at all.
And more bluster in place of defense of his arguments.
Ditto. (And the fact that Jey already claimed, long ago, indicates just how manufactured this accusation really is. Not to mention that there was almost no risk to begin with, since multi-shot vigs are very rare in basics.)

If I thought it was more likely that he was scum as you, I would be voting him right now.
Guess what, my view changed slightly since I last posted it. How long ago was that? I'm sure nothing new has happened since then, right?
Finally, red. Let's check the tape:
I'm not gently barning Jey, I already called both of you scum, and Arian scum long before.
You're right! I should've just taken your word from it from the start. How could I be so silly? It really does make no sense. I trust you.
I really hope people are reading this.
I was trying to fix the formatting of my post and while I was in the advanced tools section I ended up clicking save changes instead of preview changes.
Is there any way this can be excused? No new content was added, I was just attempting to fix the quotes. I understand if it can't be. :/

My next biggest scumspect is Arian, as I've explained today, yesterday, and D1.
I have no idea who's scum other than that, but I really just want people to read my posts and the responses Xyre gives to them, it makes it very obvious Xyre's scum.
Much appreciated.
¤.†.¤ The OceanLink ¤.†.¤
Also, my "ha I was right" was in response to AGod calling my reads random when in fact they were based off day 1 interactions I found on a re-read.
Then why do you feel the need to explain it?
Self awareness isn't town in nature.
I went through all your posts and I never saw anything about Iso or anything. Care to get quotes on what you're talking about exactly?]
I think it's unlikely that you're scum. moreso that Arian's pushing you.
¤.†.¤ The OceanLink ¤.†.¤
Why?
Also, please answer my other question.
This:
The reasoning came from skimming through some Day 1 posts and analyzing Iso's behavior pushing the Karn wagon and the similarities to the AG wagon.
Since Jey K claimed the Iso kill, he can't be scum (barring a counter claim). So that brings me back to Arianrhod.
She*, btw.
So Zionite, you sincerely believe Iso bussed Arian?
¤.†.¤ The OceanLink ¤.†.¤
It's irrelevant because Iso flipped scum.
What question?
Also, Zionite, please answer my question.
It's Zionite in nature. If the biggest point against me is that I lack enthusiasm, I'd say I'm doing pretty well.
Now you're just confused, what is even going on here?
Xyre (2) - JeY K, Ghosting
Arianrhod (3) - Xyre, Zionite, parinoid
Zionite (1) - Arianrhod
