Fenasera is a world that mixes both the traditional Arthurian legend and mythos with the standard tropes of Lord of the Rings-esque high fantasy. An evil demonic warlord, Baralorn, leads an army of undead and orcs from high atop Maktusar, a massive volcanic mountain ridge, in the hopes of conquering the entire plane. From the four remaining large cities of the plane, Ithrus, Kulnithia, Havelon, and Voldane, adventurers, warriors, and would-be heroes are tasked by the great King of Ithrus, Giddor, to venture forth and seek experience and complete quests in the hope of eventually challenging the demonic overlord and his forces. A young peasant man, Jevon, feels compelled to embark on this journey from his home city of Havelon, which lies at the edge of the Great Dawu Forest, as he believes he is destined to find Revolaire, the mythical sword that is said to be able to strike down evil with one slash. Does he have what it takes to defeat pure evil and become the hero he feels he is destined to be?
