Spectral Force is an okay choice here because it's the only high-picked green card (unless you count Gemhide Sliver), and therefore we aren't setting the team to our left into green, and it's more likely that we'll pick up the many good green Planar Chaos cards.
Psionic Blast is obviously a very powerful removal, taking out the Ephemeron we might ship, and most other creatures as well. And since there are so many good cards in this pack, it's less likely that we have to fight over blue in Planar Chaos. It's also more splashable than Ephemeron.
Strangling Soot is very powerful too, but I'm not a fan of black. I wouldn't mind splashing it if we went R/x, but I think the other cards in this pack are stronger.
Sudden Death is awesome removal, but not quite as good as Strangling Soot, and demands more devotion to black, which I'm not a fan of.
Not easy, but I'd pick Psionic Blast here I think. Still unsure about Spectral Force though, as green might be more open, and that Gemhide Sliver will probably table. But Psionic Blast is the better card, and it fits into my favorite archetype, U/W tempo.
The Force is a bomb and it cuts green very nicely out of this pack... I don't think there's any reason to take one of the removal spells, good though they may be. (Notice that none of them kills Spectral Force! :D)
Psionic Blast is good but it won't win us the game... the Force will do it in a couple swings, no problem, and it's quite difficult to remove: Can't be Riddled, Ghostfired, Rattled, Strangled, Cannonaded, Deathed, Axed, and so forth.
Edit: @Sene: Jodah's Avenger is a better finisher than Ephemeron.
Spectral Force, Psionic Blast, Sudden Death, Strangling Soot, Errant Ephemeron, Knight of the Holy Nimbus, Orcish Cannonade are 7 cards that'll probably be picked up before Gemhide Sliver. The 8th card may be Watcher Sliver, Blazing Blade Askari, Dream Stalker and possibly Fallen Ideal. I think we have a good chance at picking up Gemhide Sliver as the pack comes back to us, which in case, green is likely to be open to our right. But we’ll probably find out that before the pack comes around...

Errant Ephemeron is a dragon, and the best blue finisher you can ask for. But if we take it we're sending two good answers to it (Sudden Death and Psionic Blast).
Sudden Death is awesome removal, but not quite as good as Strangling Soot, and demands more devotion to black, which I'm not a fan of.

I could believe it tabling. There are more then 8 nice cards in there. We'll see what's still there, but it's guaranteed to be pretty good.
As the pack comes back I guess (hope) it’ll have:
