Today, I found a Pizza Hut here... it was pretty awesome, but it made me miss home. It's just hit me tonight, really hit me, what's missing here... I'm having fun in Kyoto, but it'd be a lot better if I had someone, anyone to share it with. I left behind all my students and friends in Yonago, and now I'm truly on my own again. For a city with more than a million people, Kyoto sure feels lonely tongiht.
*is sad*
But hey, tomorrow, I'm going to go see all the sights here, so that's good. After that, I'll probably pack up a few small things and head to Tokyo, check out Akihabara and maybe the Ghibli museum for a few days. After that, who knows? The sky is the limit here.
I'm just feeling a bit down tonight, because it's finally settling in on me that I'm alone again. It's finally sunk in, I guess, that this leaving Yonago is not a "vacation" kinda thing, but is permanent. One of my students sent me an e-mail today saying they missed me, and that didn't help either. I sent back that I was fine and enjoying myself in Kyoto, but still... *sigh*
Aw, that's sad! Go pick up a cheese-kun from the Pizza Hut, it'll make everything better! I promise.
Anyway, that's a cool picture you put there - I'll look through the rest later, after breakfast. Mmm, muffins. (If you can find a place that sells muffins in Kyoto, they'll make everything better too.)

I sure miss everybody there.
Nice pics Mr. Stuff. Yeah I know how you feel about being on yur own that's how I felt when i was living in Las Vegas for awhile but then I find some friends. Still I wouldn't mind being in Kyoto with you. *hugs* I should go to Japan sometime since I always wanted to go there. The far I have been is Taiwan which was really awesome there. A ton of video games and anime.
Anyway, I gotta run I have a final in Chemistry tommorrow at 6:50am see you guy this coming thursday where I'll be done with this quarter! Then off for 10 days then summer school. Take care all and have a good week everyone.
Well, I just saw the movie adaption comic of the new Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in my local bookstore. Also seen the DK Universe Guide and the prequel comic, too.
Let just say that they took a lot of twist of the original Transformers mythos.

Yeah, I find that pretty interesting that they did that. I watched just about all of the classic transformer cartoons back when i was a little kid and watching the transformer movie brought back alot of nostalgic feelings but it was definitely different in a good way at least in my opinion.
Yeah, me too! I watched the classic and the movie during my young age, and perhaps the reason I like giant robots that much.
Still, I don't know how I really felt about the new Devastator. It's so different than what I know. But then, I admit I'm not a big fan of the new style.
BTW, just found out that you're Chinese, Cecilia. 所以你应该看得懂我在写什么。:)
And just out of curiosity, I really want to know the genders of our members. I know Omna is a girl, and I'm a boy, but not really sure about everyone else.

My name is Kevin Liu. I'm a male and yes I am Chinese.
Doesn't all of the construticons form devastator? When I was a kid I used to get all of the decipticons and my friend would get all of the autobots. But I did have all of the dinobots and Optimus prime for the toys though.
And just out of curiosity, I really want to know the genders of our members. I know Omna is a girl, and I'm a boy, but not really sure about everyone else.
We used to have a feature called "Regular of the Week" that told a bit about us. You can still access those from the second post of the thread. Some of us also still have usercards. Man, the picture on mine is way out of date, though - it's from before I moved to Japan.
If I left anybody out, please, gimme a holler. I think that's everybody who's still here who got the treatment.
And speaking of "Revenge of the Fallen", I'm going to see that on the 20th, woohoo! One of the little perks of being in Japan, I guess. Usually we have to wait forever to get American movies, but we actually get to see this one early. I can't wait!
Edit: Oh man, just reading that, it says I'm turning 23 in July? Wow. I'll be turning 25 this July. And what a crazy, awesome two years it has been.
If you mean "can you see the character encoding", yes I can. It's Russian, but Google doesn't seem to know what it means, really. Babelfish says : "act of [kotorv]|e I will complete", which isn't that helpful either.
Cecilia: Well, it's formed by the Constructicons, yes, but its design's very different from what you know from the Classics.
For one thing, it's a four-legged suction monster instead of a tall brainless giant robot.
Anon: I think I saw Arcee in the adaption comic, but my memory is quite unreliable, and those comics tend to be derivate from the films. And I'm pretty sure that Optimus didn't combine with Jetfire, although Jetfire did has his cool moment in the comic.
Alacar: Would love to see you do the RoTW again. And I can see the Russian words fine too, using Google Chrome.
Morning everyone! It is my first day as a free man! All my exam grades are back in, and I passed everything! I'm graduated out! WOO! :toot::toot::toot:
Danica's my first coffeehouse friend on Facebook. Anyone else want to be my friend? Please?

I would, but I have no Facebook (and never will again), sorry :(.
=( Well, that's okay, I guess... you'll just have to live with the fact you broke my heart. SHATTERED IT INTO A MILLION LITTLE PIECES, SCORCHED BLACK LIKE THE COLD TRUTH THAT IS THE WORLD!!
</overdramatic blatantly false emoing>
Thanks for the congrats, guys! Now all I need is to figure out what to do with myself for the next week and a half. Seniors are out, but underclassmen aren't - so it's going to be awfully quiet...
Keeperofzion, or Koz, or Keeper, as he wants to be called around here, doesn't want us to use his rather delightful name, Jigs. That's alright, Jigs. I mean, Koz. I mean, keeperofzion. We'll stick to your username. That username isn't anything special, as he says--he just wanted to reference The Matrix. More proof he's a geek, as if posting 4,000+ posts on MTGSalvation wasn't proof enough.
* Alacar Leoricar looks at his enormously huge post count.
Anyways, Keeper joined Salvation in March of 2009 to join an online community with shared interests he has. I'm assuming Magic, but he wasn't too specific. As for what he does on MTGS, he says he posts. A lot. I don't see the evidence. Though a post count like that in such a short time is nothing to sneeze at. I'll just sneeze at his favorite forums. Custom Card Creation (which I used to frequent), Clans (which I frequent a little) and Quick Reply Games (which don't count your posts, so hey.)
Regarding that card game, his favorite is Glorious Anthem. He loves music, you see, and--oh, no. It just helps him win games. When he's not paying :1mana::symw::symw: to pump his dudes, he can be seen watching TV, surfing the net, playing Badminton, or shooting the hoops at Basketball. You know, like a lot of normal people. We're watching you, Koz.
Keeper is still a school student, and he's attending in the Philippines. He plans to be in medical school when he graduates into college. Koz says he's not a professional spammer, and that he actually loves it here on MTGSalvation. I have no reason to accuse him of spamming. But hey. He loves the Coffeehouse because "it's a place where you could relax, get new friends, and talk about stuff with them." That's a good enough reason for me. Plus you got a RotW. You'd better enjoy that.
Keeper refuses to tell me any of his favorite films, foods, or TV shows. He claims there are too many. However he doesn't have so many friends that he doesn't want to mention Psi and Zaph, two friends of the C-House and also accused spammers (this accusation has fallen in the wake of the SOS Brigade).
And that's all of our first RotW of 2009, keeperofzion. He leaves you with a song he wants to share with us--and one I love personally.
Haha, almost all of it is entirely true. I take it from the answers to a survey I give. The real fun is the embellishments I give to the actual article itself
Haha, nice one, Alacar. actually, you got me almost spot-on there.
I wonder who's next to be featured...:isthatso:
EDIT:
Yes, there was.
Maybe sterling Angel, just to welcome her back and everything.
How about that though just when Sterling Angel was leaving I decided to join the coffeehouse. I always like to come here and post even on my worse days.
One of the best things about the house is it attracted all of the Best Legacy Strategists except Emidln. Which I think it's rather interesting.
Love,
Cecilia

Looks pretty nice and awesome. I've notice some of your Legacy deck banners in people's signatures in the legacy parts of this forum.
I think you make alot of slick banners that relate to the game of magic.
Also, yeah I didn't see it because I was not posting in here for about 4 or 5 days or so. Sorry.
Maybe you could make a banner on my Landstill deck as well. I am pretty proud of the deck. It's like my best Landstill build so far.
Here is the deck:
3 Mishra's Factory
4 Tundra
1 Scrubland
1 Underground Sea
1 Swamp
4 Flooded Strand
2 Polluted Delta
3 Island
2 Wasteland
2 Plains
Creatures
2 Eternal Dragon
3 Engineered Explosives
4 Standstill
3 Brainstorm
3 Counterspell

Yeah, I think people (including me) would like it if it was done again. besides, I think it's interesting.
As for Transformers, I'm gonna see it with my girlfriend maybe next week. I hear it's way better than the first one too.
I think I need a *few* more posts first...
anyway, I'm male, odd for here, I know.
Revenge of the Fallen looks sick. Is Arcee confirmed? and does Optimus combine with Jetfire? Cos a SR-71 is a LOT bigger than a Peterbilt...
