So, yeah. khorney deserves mafia MVP. Even if I did happen to include him in the interactions post, I doubt he would have came out any differently.
As for vezok, the reason that post was so damning for you was that you ended up trying to cast suspicion on a confirmed town (in a basic, mods don't lie to players) along with defending TMM.

I really saw no possibility of convicing you or myself that khorney was scum outside of day 1. Even then, the OMJ wagon he started then ended the same night with a nightkill was impossible to comprehend. My re-read of Knorney plus Vezo's lazy post with bad info set it in my mind.
Honestly, Altseal, even if i tried to out khorney would it have changed your view on me?
Honestly, Altseal, even if i tried to out khorney would it have changed your view on me?
Well, I was able to convince myself that you were town after going back and analyzing the player interactions. I am able to be persuaded.
I'm almost curious enough to see the results from going back and including khorney in my interaction analysis, but I just don't have the energy to do that. Like I said, I doubt it would have been enough evidence to change my mind.

Exactly, i could hardly convince myself that Vezo was town, let alone convince myself that Khorney was scum. Extremely well played. I just also realized that he had to be the roleblocker as well. Damned fine job.
It's a game-by-game decision. However, I do feel that the town should be made aware of that fact if they are because it does change some of the dynamics like making a mass claim less effective.
Oh well, water under the bridge.

Oh, and I hate you all for forcing me to end the game early with all these post game discussions even before I officially end it.
I was actually planning on going to night and wait till the last kill was sent before officially ending it. What if khorney forgot to send in the mafiakill? Huh? Huh?
And since I just woke up, the ending flavor was rushed out. I got several nice sequence of flavors planned out as well before the last flavor scene. Oh well.
Thank you for hosting my first completed game of mafia :D. I thoroughly enjoyed the flavour.
Your speedy lynches in the last 2 days lost it for the town. If you discussed them a lot more, i would not be able to lurk as much and I might have slipped.

I so had Jobie TMM pegged and I started to question khorney. I investigated him the night I died.
A couple things.
The mass claim was wholly unnecessary but I had no way to stop it without seeming either untown or like an overreacting power role.
I have nooooo clue why the last day was soooo short. Seriously if I didn't know atlseal was town I would have questioned him for voting so quickly.
Sadly the only person who pointed this out was vez and his point of view is often ignored because he ALWAYS seems scummy. He pointed out a couple important things:
1) I never said I investigated TMM. Specifically I said I investigated Trip and Wataru. I don't know why people ignored this.
2) Khorney was his top pick of scum
You were not exactly sure how to go about doing this.
As one of the informed minority, you have to kill someone, right?
…right?
No answer was forthcoming.
You plunged forth.
The command to kill oldmajenkins was mentally inputted into the microchip.
You hold your breath.
Within seconds, the result came back.
The kill was successful.
You let out a breath of relief.
You did the right thing in trying to survive, right?
…right?
No answer was forthcoming.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed oldmajenkins.
You were glad that you were not chosen to take another person’s life.
That task belonged to one of your scum-mates.
Still, yours was to cripple another.
It was a rather fine line indeed.
But you would take solace where you can.
You sent in your request mentally via the microchip.
The result came back rapidly.
You were successful.
You sank your teeth into your lips in anticipation of what tomorrow would bring.
~~~~~
You have successfully roleblocked Sepiriel.
You sat on your bed and pondered.
Decision. Decision. Decision.
You snapped your fingers.
Sepiriel.
That name felt right to you.
If there is anyone that should be protected for the night, it should be Sepiriel.
Feeling pleased with yourself, you sent in the protection on him.
The confirmation came back seconds later indicating that your command had been successfully processed.
There. You lay back on your bed, feeling pleased.
You were starting to doze off when there was a sharp stinging sensation in your brain.
Wait. What?
You struggled to get up.
Your hand slipped.
You crashed to the floor.
You moaned.
Something trickled down your nose.
You wiped at it.
Blood.
You struggled.
The door.
Too far.
Grasp.
Fingers.
Dimness.
Black.
~~~~~
You have successfully sent in the protection on Sepiriel.
You have been killed.
You lay on your back, staring unseeing at the ceiling of your room.
You couldn’t move.
One moment you were sitting on your bed, pondering about the day’s events.
The next, there was a pulsing sensation in your brain that caused you to jerk back.
Within moments, you were paralyzed.
Your body unmoving.
Your mind blank.
When next you were aware, it was already morning.
~~~~~
You have been roleblocked.
A tingle in your brain woke you up.
Wha-
Jolted awake, you blearily rubbed at your eyes.
The stream of information that came in made your heart sink.
Your ability had been replaced by a new one.
That meant a town’s power role was killed last night.
Great, just great, you groaned aloud.
That just threw any sleep you were planning on continuing out of the window.
~~~~~
Your ability has been replaced by the following: Every night, you can inform me by PM the name of a single player you want to protect from being killed.
You were in a daze.
That lynch did not went well.
That was probably the reason why you spent the entire night having a restless sleep.
You did not even grumble when you were woken up by a buzz in your head, which was saying something.
When the information came in from your microchip that _航_ (Wataru) is town, to say you were surprised was an understatement.
You had forgotten to send in your input to the microchip but you still received a result?
Or did you really forget?
You couldn’t remember.
Memory failed you.
You were in a daze.
~~~~~
You have successfully investigated _航_ (Wataru)’s alignment to be Town.
Night 2:
You were trembling.
You rubbed your hands repeatedly.
They felt clammy with sweat.
You were about to cripple your own ally.
It was all part of the plan, really.
But still…
You took the plunge.
The command was sent in.
Your breath hitched.
The return receipt was confirmed.
You shut your eyes.
You relaxed your body.
You evened out your breath.
~~~~~
You have successfully roleblocked Jobie.
You sat still on your bed.
Your body was calm.
Your mind was in turmoil.
There was a sort of anticipation.
Crippling you was part of the agreed upon plan.
It did not make bearing the wait any easier.
When the throb of something coursing outward from your brain arrived, you almost welcomed it with open arms.
Your mind stuttered.
Your body numbed.
The paralysis was complete.
You could think nothing, feel nothing, and do nothing.
When next you blinked, you could hear the metallic door sliding open again.
~~~~~
You have been roleblocked.
You were about to kill.
You paused.
You stared at your hands.
They were about to get blood red.
Crimson fluid dripping off them, drop by drop, making a steady sound.
You blinked in confusion and shook your head.
That was… not right.
The command to kill was to be sent via the microchip.
It was to be a long distance kill.
With no blood staining your hands.
Your eyes grew distant.
Absently, you sent it in.
You received the receipt of success.
Cantripmancer was dead.
You were officially a killer, long distance or not.
Heavens grant mercy on your soul.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed Cantripmancer.
It was to be a peaceful night.
And it was.
You had pleasant dreams.
A brief relief from the nightmares you were currently in.
And halfway through frolicking with unicorns above a field of daisies and under arches of rainbows, your brain burned.
Your eyes snapped open and bugged out.
You tried to let out a scream but your mouth felt numb.
Your tongue felt like a slab of meat oozing fluid.
You scrambled up but you grasped at air.
You turned around and you tumbled down to the floor face first.
You saw your nose squished flat and felt nary any pain.
You struggled… at something, nothing, everything.
You couldn’t think straight.
Struggle.
Heave.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Breat-
~~~~~
You have been killed.
You were rather worried about the whole thing.
You were new at this power role business.
Who to protect?
Who to save?
What to do?
How to do it??
The microchip.
You considered it carefully.
That’s right.
You tentatively tried to send a mental command through it.
You wanted atlseal to be protected.
You paused.
There was no reply.
You were crestfallen.
Maybe if you-
The confirmation arrived.
You blinked.
Well, that was a successful attempt.
Time to rest… you guess.
~~~~~
You have successfully sent in the protection on atlseal.
You looked at the number of choices arrayed before you.
You stared at them.
You contemplated.
Hesitantly, you picked Cantripmancer, hoping for something you could use the very next day.
With a single thought, you relayed your request via the microchip.
There was an eternity in the single breath you drew as you waited in anticipation for the result.
Seconds passed.
The result came in.
Cantripmancer was town.
You let go of the breath you had been holding.
Huh, well, that was reassuring.
Time to sleep, you guess.
It was time to see what the following day would bring.
You tried to steady your rapidly beating heart as you laid down to rest.
~~~~~
You have successfully investigated Cantripmancer’s alignment to be Town.
Night 3:
Your head was bowed down.
Your hands were clasped above it.
You already exposed yourself as a cop to the rest.
Breathe…
It was for the greater good of course.
But still…
Your hands scrunched forcefully.
With that action…
The clock started ticking for you.
Tick.
Loud and clear.
You steeled your nerves.
As long as there was breath in you, you would never waver.
You would push onward.
If not for your sake, then it would be for the sake of the others.
You sent in the investigation on khorney06 mentally.
There.
You relaxed your hands.
Time passed silently.
Tick.
khorney06 was mafia.
You blinked.
Your breath hitched.
Damn.
You caught another scum?
Wow.
You felt elated.
The ending of this nightmare seemed nearer than ever.
You got up from the bed.
You were too excited to sleep.
Pain.
You stumbled.
What?
Pain.
Sharper than ever.
Lightning hot through your brain.
Burning.
Clawing.
Tearing.
Melting.
No.
No no no.
You had solid information.
khorney06 was mafia.
The others must know.
No no no.
Struggle.
Dammit.
Your mind raged feebly.
Your body was numb.
Struggle.
For their sake.
The door.
You must reach the door.
You didn’t move an inch.
You couldn’t.
No no no.
Oh gawd.
Strug-
~~~~~
You have successfully investigated khorney06’s alignment to be Mafia.
You have been killed.
You wanted to protect blue.
You really really did.
You couldn’t think straight though.
You couldn’t think. Period.
Your mind was… blank
Empty.
Simply not there.
Something pulsed through your brain earlier.
Seconds earlier?
Minutes earlier?
Hours earlier?
It has always been there.
You think.
Paralysis.
Couldn’t move.
You felt… sluggish.
You blinked at the ceiling.
You groaned.
You shook your head.
It was time to wake up already?
So fast?
~~~~~
You have failed to send in the protection on blue.
You have been roleblocked.
Things were grimmer now.
One of your team was dead.
Dead.
You could feel the clock ticking on both sides now.
One hand went to your forehead and massaged it.
The other pinched your eyelids shut.
An image of a headless body acting as a fountain of warm blood.
Gurgling.
Your breath hitched.
You opened your eyes and stared at your hands.
So be it.
You sent in the command to disable Powerrox93.
You could not afford to be merciful.
No quarter given.
You tightened your hands into fists.
No quarter asked.
The receipt of the result came in successful.
~~~~~
You have successfully roleblocked Powerrox93.
It was almost too easy this time, giving the command to take another person’s life.
You thought on it.
It got relayed via the microchip.
Several seconds of waiting.
The result came back.
And somewhere in his room, blue was dead.
Just like that.
A life extinguished.
Like it mattered not.
An eye for an eye.
A tooth for a tooth.
One of mine, and one of yours.
No matter how you saw it, this was a long bloody game.
You wanted to weep.
But you felt nary a single thing.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed blue.
Night 4:
It all came down to this.
Right here.
Right now.
The march to the end of the tunnel was reaching its finale.
You stared blankly at the wall in front of you.
You were alone.
In the end, you were alone.
There were three of you.
Now there was one.
You could just give up.
You could be noble.
Noble.
If you did so, four more would live.
But then…
But then you would die.
Should you?
Minutes ticked by as you stared at the wall.
It was a wall.
There was no one else.
No one to cling to.
No one to lean on.
No one.
You were alone.
To give up.
Should you?
No.
No no no.
You wanted to live.
Above all else, you wanted to live.
Taking a deep breath, you sent in the request to have Powerrox93 killed.
Then you waited.
And it was done.
The confirmation receipt arrived as a success.
Now there were three of them.
And one of you.
No going back now.
You wanted to live.
Above all else.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed Powerrox93.
A simple command.
Then you waited.
The message came in.
Your protection on atlseal was successfully submitted.
You didn’t breathe a sigh of relief.
You didn’t bat an eyelid.
You didn’t move a single muscle.
You continued waiting.
Your task was done.
And deep in your heart, you knew it was coming.
With your role revealed, it was only a matter of time.
Time you didn’t really have.
After all, the cop was killed last night.
Thus, you kept waiting.
When your brain throbbed, you only gritted your teeth.
Pain.
You would not scream.
It hurt so badly.
Dignity.
Oh, how it burned your brain.
Overwhelming pain.
Your sight blurred.
You bit harder on your lips.
Your lips were pierced.
You could taste your blood.
Overpowering crushing endless pain.
Dignity.
Your skull felt numb.
You couldn’t feel your body.
You tried to focus.
You could see the vague outline of the door.
It blurred further.
Pounding.
Searing.
Blistering.
Pain pain pain.
Dig… dignity.
Pain pain pain pain pain.
Sweet tranquil darkness.
12 players - 9 Town and 3 Mafia
Town - 6 vanilla, 1 cop, 1 doctor, 1 backup
Mafia - 2 vanilla, 1 roleblocker
Role PMs were standardized. Mafia has access to daytalk.
Cop - blue
Every night, you can inform me by PM the name of a single player you want to know the alignment of.
Doctor - oldmajenkins
Every night, you can inform me by PM the name of a single player you want to protect from being killed.
Backup- Powerrox93
You will be given the ability of the first town’s power role that died in the game. You can only use the ability of that power role starting from the following night.
Roleblocker- khorney06
Every night, you can inform me by PM the name of a single player you want to prevent from using any ability.
Mafia Win Condition: The Mafia’s number must be equal to or more than the Town.
It also amused me to no end when atlseal cleared Powerrox based on your post in the replacement thread.
Yeah, future note to anyone trying to replace back into a game you already played in: you should probably request in a PM to the mod, because your thought that you could replace in either means both your new and old roles are scum or they are both town. Since I came in as town, I knew Manders' previous role had to be town.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
If you're town and I'm mafia, you've already lost. You just don't know it yet.
On the existence of a Backup
While I have seen that the standard 3rd town power role seems to be the various variant of vigilante, I feel that what the town needs isn't another trigger-happy role that could potentially screw them up. I believe a buffer role that could absorb the town's potential mistake and/or disadvantage at having a vital role like the cop or doc being lynched Day 1 or killed Night 1 would serve the town's interest much better. That would also minimize the kills to one per night, allowing an additional player to live and thus contribute to the discussion. Also, rather than juggling and deciding whether the Deputy or the Nurse would be more important, I just used a super Backup that would take up the first role that perished, sort of like a second chance for the first mistake/blow dealt.
On the standardization of role PMs
The one thing I would like to avoid above all else is the prevalent mod-gaming that seems to exist among the newer players, when they are getting frustrated at trying to read the other players accurately. They would then resort to clearing or condemning other players based on their role PMs or role names, and all sorts of flavor-based shenanigans. This was why the flavor of this game was done from scratch up and all the role PMs were standardized. Just for the extra caution, I did not even list the rolename of each role in the role PMs, just the player's name. It was as generic as it could be, with the only possible difference in the Ability. The intention was to establish a good basis for the new players to judge the other players based on their behaviors and not on their roles. It was a shortcoming that sometimes even veteran players lapse into, unfortunately.
On the Mafia having daytalk
The primary purpose of a basic game is for the less experienced players to wet their toes, so to speak. If the new town players are able to receive guidance from the experienced town players, I don't really see why the new scum players shouldn't be receiving guidance from the experienced scum players as well. More often than not, new scum players implode because they are unable to handle the pressure being exerted against them. In such cases, tips and tricks could actually be offered by their more experienced scum-mates to help guide them. The setup was made less swingy with the removal of a vig and the addition of a backup, as well as giving the town an additional analyzing potential every game day. I believe that the ability of daytalk for the mafia would be able to balance that nicely.
I won't be handing out MVPs/LVPs in this game. I believe how well a player plays for his or her team is entirely open to interpretations, and could only be judged by the players themselves.
That said, I think it was impressive how the mafia managed to sniff out the doctor on Night 1, and how the town managed to rally back from the certainty of defeat at the end there. It's a bit unfortunate the town didn't manage to cross the final line, but congratulations all the same to khorney for surviving all the way to the end after establishing himself admirably on Day 1.
I disagree. I was believing Jobie's claim otherwise.
Well....>_> We didn't need your vote to lynch him haha :-P
The problem is the scum didn't know I was a PR at this point and there was Noooooo reason for Powerrox to claim either. If I had stayed alive one more night without claiming I think we could have won.
I voted because I was sure after my analysis the day before.
What i've seen from you in this and basic 25 is that when you think you're right you don't really listen to anyone else. You and Manders suffer from Tunnelvision.. Fact charts and logic don't take into account things you don't know. I ain't mad at you it was almost a coin flip really but it was like....flip the coin shoot someone before the coin even lands.
If that's what he meant by the first point, I'll have to plead ignorance. I obviously misunderstood what he meant by that.
This is scary to me but vezok and I think along the same non-linear lines a lot of the time so I knew he was town after a while but he was suspect for a while simply because he was being so proactive in scumhunting. I still felt his vote at the end of day 1 on Sep and subsequent continuation vote on day 2 made him the most town. Flattering me by saying I was awesome was suspect but then Cantrip said I had xray glasses so i found that suspicious too. I should have investigated Jobie probably but I knew we could get him lynched based on his claim the next day and cantrip was more of a threat. Hindsight I would have thought "Well vez is always killed because he's hard to read and though I know he's town maybe I should waste a night investigation to prove it to everyone else"
I should have made a better town scum list at the end of the day before I was killed.
I think point 2 is completely invalid if you already thought he was scum. I mean, he put a questioning of my alignment up for goodness sake. When you suspect everything, you're bound to be right sometimes.
Still he didn't get to defend himself that last day at all. Worst last day ever.
I lol'd when Arcadic said to khorney "if you need any proof that vez is scum here it is" haha.
EDIT: Dagger, if you want, you can post the kill scene for me as I was the next logical target.
EDIT 2: blue, I don't know how you keep getting these PRs, but you seem like a much better asset to town when VT
Haha w/e. Like I said power roles mean nothing to me. If you don't go full force and do analysis then your power role is useless and a crutch. Why not be active?
Well first Mafia game... to bad i only lasted one day
Yay me being right on Jobie, flavor gaming ftw!
SEP! I'm sorry man. To answer the question I posed to you when I was grilling you: At the time I asked you what you thought I Thought your alignment was....the answer is I thought you were town at that point.
Here was my plan:
Run up a wagon on Jobie because you're pretty sure he's scum. Then run up a wagon on sep to try to get him to claim a power role. If he claims badly (ie cop like you're insinuating) then he's scum and that's a 2 for 1. If he claims valid then coach so when you die he can actively scum hunt when you're gone.
Btw, this is Jobie's 2nd win back to back after a looooong streak of loss. Could he turn things around for the better this time? Stay tune to a subforum near you!
Nah, it wouldn't mesh well with the final scene as it is.
What is the full range of PRs blue has gotten so far?
These are my first through fourth games (this being my fourth game)
1: Basic 23, Doctor (game over town win)
2: still in progress but you can go view that basic 24
3: Basic 25, Two shot vig (game over town win)
4: Replaced into 26, town cop (game over town loss)
It also amused me to no end when atlseal cleared Powerrox based on your post in the replacement thread.
Atlseal you shouldn't have said anything about it lol.
2 days actually. You did pretty well despite lasting for such a time.
Agreed! Halfway through my plan when I realized Sep was town I should have tried to run TMM up the pole but I decided the analysis of the vote on sep would be more useful.
On the existence of a Backup
The intention was to establish a good basis for the new players to judge the other players based on their behaviors and not on their roles. It was a shortcoming that sometimes even veteran players lapse into, unfortunately.
On the Mafia having daytalk
The primary purpose of a basic game is for the less experienced players to wet their toes, so to speak. If the new town players are able to receive guidance from the experienced town players, I don't really see why the new scum players shouldn't be receiving guidance from the experienced scum players as well. More often than not, new scum players implode because they are unable to handle the pressure being exerted against them. In such cases, tips and tricks could actually be offered by their more experienced scum-mates to help guide them. The setup was made less swingy with the removal of a vig and the addition of a backup, as well as giving the town an additional analyzing potential every game day. I believe that the ability of daytalk for the mafia would be able to balance that nicely.
I thought this was a great game. Loved the flavor. It was very simple but so cool. I felt like I was in an episode of star trek or that sean connery movie in space or Cube.
I think daytalk is awesome for scum newbs. I think it could be overwhelming otherwise. I want to have a 24 man game where newbs get to shadow experienced players and everyone gets a mason (or at least if a newb wants to they can mason with someone in game)
To Cantripmancer. I'm looking forward to playing in more games with you. I felt like you helped out the jobie wagon by pointing out things I was missing. Learned a lot there
Btw, this is Jobie's 2nd win back to back after a looooong streak of loss. Could he turn things around for the better this time? Stay tune to a subforum near you!
Hooray Streaky play!
Ugh. This game was some of my worst play ever. I knew I shouldn't jump on the DL lynch and I knew his self lynch would be the end of me. Then I make that stupid vig comment before I thought out my false claim.
@Sep: I should have read the flavor closer before I added some to my false claim. live and learn I guess.
@Dagger: Great game and amazing flavor (actually readable).
SEP! I'm sorry man. To answer the question I posed to you when I was grilling you: At the time I asked you what you thought I Thought your alignment was....the answer is I thought you were town at that point.
Here was my plan:
Run up a wagon on Jobie because you're pretty sure he's scum. Then run up a wagon on sep to try to get him to claim a power role. If he claims badly (ie cop like you're insinuating) then he's scum and that's a 2 for 1. If he claims valid then coach so when you die he can actively scum hunt when you're gone.
(I know it seems really vain looking at it haha)
Anyways I know you're gonna be good at this game
It's ok, i did learn a lot from this, i should have pointed out how Khorney was so actively trying to distance from me during Day 2. I only noticed that after reading up on the day later on. I also realized i wasn't being persistent enough, having the DL lynch end up in lynching a Townie messed up my plays and made me second guess and hesitate way too much.
@Sep: I should have read the flavor closer before I added some to my false claim. live and learn I guess.
I was sure i had you nailed there, but then Cantrip mentioned how flavor gaming was bad and a general scum tell and coupled with my hesitancy after D1 i let it go. It was pretty clear to me that given the degree of flavor not only in Daggers OP but in the Night and RB PM that your role was incredibly conflictive to it all, even the idea you needed to inject yourself to access commands in the chip would have been suspicious but i would have at least consider it plausible, the fact you stated you had to inject others ran so contrary to everything the flavor had established i just couldn't believe the claim anymore.
Fun Fact: Had i had an Investigative PR my first target would have been khorney because he was the one i saw contributing the most day 1 and would have wanted to be sure i was rallying beside a town... i think he felt the same way which is why he Roleblocked me
The problem is the scum didn't know I was a PR at this point and there was Noooooo reason for Powerrox to claim either. If I had stayed alive one more night without claiming I think we could have won.
So you disagreed with me that Jobie had the highest chance of being RBer? Had he been, you would have had that extra night any way.
The way vezok plays reminds me a bit of chamber. Short posts, doesn't give much justification, and much like chamber, while I can't get a good read on him, I will also never listen to him.
On the day talk thing, I agree that's it's a great idea for basics. I'm just a little bummed that the town wasn't made aware of this fact.
@blue: I'll have to disagree about having tunnel vision. You had started to convince me that Arcadic was scum end of D4, but on my go back and read through, I convinced myself otherwise. Just because I don't automatically agree with another player's opinion does not make me guilty of tunnelvisioning.
In hindsight, I'm sure you may realize how obvious it was, but you weren't pushing him. And when you post like that, it makes people think that you are indeed scum.
That was a very fun game Dagger, thank you for hosting. I'm sorry that it screwed it up
So you disagreed with me that Jobie had the highest chance of being RBer? Had he been, you would have had that extra night any way.
I really didn't have an opinion one way or the other. I hoped so though.
I tried my best to not call him scum right out of the gate cuz it's pretty easy to see a scummy vez.
I mean specifically that you tunnelvisioned on vezokpiraka because you convinced yourself at the end of the day he was scum and then no one questioned it. It's no biggy it's just the last day was atrociously fast with no discussion.
Still he didn't get to defend himself that last day at all. Worst last day ever.
This. Maybe not "worst" last day ever, but barring investigation results, townies should never come barrelling into lylo with a vote.
Atlseal you shouldn't have said anything about it lol.
I tend to agree, but I don't know if I could have resisted the temptation, either. I think I have to point the finger at MH on this one; what was she thinking posting info about the game?
And thanks for pointing out that posts were deleted, TMM...I didn't see the intervening posts and it just looked like the town was giving up without knowing the outcome...it was weird.
Ditto; you seem to have a good head on your shoulders (or, you did before this game), and it's been fun.
Actually, I feel like everyone in here played a pretty good game. Mistakes were made, but that happens every time. It was a pleasure playing with you all.
Ugh. This game was some of my worst play ever. I knew I shouldn't jump on the DL lynch and I knew his self lynch would be the end of me. Then I make that stupid vig comment before I thought out my false claim.
I *knew* I should have pushed the wagon harder. Bah.
I was sure i had you nailed there, but then Cantrip mentioned how flavor gaming was bad and a general scum tell and coupled with my hesitancy after D1 i let it go.
It is bad to flavor-game...but this is one of those times when it was good, because it was a false-claim with bad logic. You did a great job of sifting through the crap and finding the element that mattered. (Just don't rely on it too much...it'll get you in trouble.)
The way vezok plays reminds me a bit of chamber. Short posts, doesn't give much justification, and much like chamber, while I can't get a good read on him, I will also never listen to him.
This is pretty much how I feel, but I've recently watched a few games with players who have similar playstyles and who I didn't really give much respect. But spectating those games has shown me that they have good analytical powers, and that I need to get past posting style and read between the lines (I've actually been learning this lesson since I started, way back when I butted heads with kpaca).
I think I agree that day-talk is a good learning tool...but I wonder if it's too much of a boon, even among newer players.
You know, now that I think about it more, I might have actually been able to convine myself that khorney was the last scum had I included him in the interactions list. If I remember correctly, there were a couple interactions between vezok/TMM that made me doubt that they were scum together. However, I second guessed myself when that eliminated all my possibilities for remaining scum pair.
So, that was definitely my bad there.
Live and learn, I guess. I'm always horrible end game as town. That's my skill that needs the most work. I don't think things through properly.
Early game I'm pretty terrible I think. I love this game though lol. At first I didn't think I'd have the time to do it nor the attention span to focus on it at all. But now I realize I really like the analysis of everything.
Everyone has their own way to play I guess but using an interaction chart, while good, isn't foolproof. Even if you're taking more into consideration the way it comes off is that you're single minded and dogged. Good traits if you're right.
I should have followed through and lynched Jobie but I was pretty sure I could catch one more person before I died.
As far as replacing in goes I really enjoyed it. Def a new experience and pretty cool. Where'd Rubin go anyway?
Bah, sorry Vezo for speedlynching. I made a mistake. I guess i'll learn from that for my next endgame. Sorry for jumping the gun Dagger, great flavor for a basic however.
Overall, it was an interesting game. Deep down i knew Sep was town, but i do think he was a good target d2. I needed to post more d1, for sure. D3 was odd, because i got a scummy feeling from Blue and Altseal for pushing the massclaim right away. Thats part of the reason i did my pbpa on blue, to see if anyone would jump at the chance after he claimed cop. Then i realized that Jobie/Powerrox could be proven as a liar due to the flavor. I knew TMM had to be scum after the Jobie wagons. I really don't think i could have ever convinced myself Khorney was scum, and Altseal was the only one who could pursuade me.
Regardless, it was fun and i can't wait for random.org to put me in another game with you folks. Sorry again dagger for ruining the endgame flavor for you!
Ok, why do people keep saying they were sure Sep was town, but wanted to go through with the lynch anyway? That's just horrible town play. Yes, analyzing wagons helps, but you don't want to lynch town if there's no scum dead to analyze as well.
Plus, enough people have stated they thought he was town that he wouldn't have been lynched. You can also analyze any who jump on/off wagons, you know.
As for vezok, the reason that post was so damning for you was that you ended up trying to cast suspicion on a confirmed town (in a basic, mods don't lie to players) along with defending TMM.
GG
I really saw no possibility of convicing you or myself that khorney was scum outside of day 1. Even then, the OMJ wagon he started then ended the same night with a nightkill was impossible to comprehend. My re-read of Knorney plus Vezo's lazy post with bad info set it in my mind.
Honestly, Altseal, even if i tried to out khorney would it have changed your view on me?
My wife was on MTV with this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUutIZg2EpU
Well, I was able to convince myself that you were town after going back and analyzing the player interactions. I am able to be persuaded.
I'm almost curious enough to see the results from going back and including khorney in my interaction analysis, but I just don't have the energy to do that. Like I said, I doubt it would have been enough evidence to change my mind.
My wife was on MTV with this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUutIZg2EpU
@khorney: That flavor post you made in the mafia thread made me laugh.
Damn, I just now realized that khorney was the first one to bring up a time limit on D2.
EDIT: Sadly, I'm merely so-so when playing town. It's when I'm mafia that I seem to play at the top of my game.
vezokpiraka (3) - atlseal, Arcadic, khorney06
With 4 Players alive, it’s 3 Players to Lynch.
As of this post, a Lynch has occurred.
~~~~~
Your heart skipped a beat.
It was a swift day.
Was it too hurried?
Minutes into waking up, a decision was already made.
Someone was already condemned.
vezokpiraka’s face looked stricken.
He started to hyperventilate.
He barely had any say in it.
But what was there to say?
The noose was already tightened.
The final vote was cast.
There was a bated breath.
Tick.
Seconds went by.
Tick.
Seconds that turned to minutes.
Tick.
You all stared at each other tentatively.
Uncomprehendingly.
What happened?
vezokpiraka looked as if he didn’t know whether to cry or to calm down.
Tick.
Something spiked through your brain.
Pain.
Oh gawd.
As one, you all collapsed to the floor.
The pain subsided.
The numbness increased.
No, that wasn’t right.
Not all of you collapsed.
You strained your rapidly tiring eyes.
khorney06 was rigid, alone in the room, the only one still standing.
He was wringing his hands.
His eyes kept darting at you three.
A series of expression was flashing across his face?
Relief?
Fear?
Regret?
Dammit.
You tried to grip your hands into fists and stand up.
Struggling.
No.
You couldn’t.
Your hands could only spasm weakly.
Dammit dammit dammit.
You were wrong.
You were all wrong.
khorney06.
He was the final one.
The correct one.
You all had failed.
Failed.
So many deaths.
All in vain.
Oh gawd.
Tick.
A single loud cry.
Then khorney06 collapsed onto the floor as well.
He was gripping his head.
What?
You thought…
You stared across the room at him feebly.
He raised his head to stare back at you weakly.
Then your head just crashed down onto the floor.
Too heavy.
Your consciousness was rapidly receding.
We were so close.
So close.

A single monocle, glinting off the light from the monitors.
A single hand, supporting the side of a face in contemplation.
A single finger, tapping on a mahogany desk in a steady rhythm.
A single man in a black suit with an unadorned white mask covering his face stood at attention.
“MF1026 has been concluded, Director.”
A silence that stretched on and on.
“Terminate the life support of our uninformed majority. Begin prepping our informed minority for level 2 experiments.”
There was a nod.
“The bodies will be disposed of discreetly.”
There was a wave of hand in dismissal.
There was another nod in acknowledgement.
The man began to move away.
“By the way, Dagger, the reality setting of MF1026’s simulation was commendable.”
“Thank you, Director. I try my best.”
There was a soft click as the door was shut.

So close town! Next time
Night 1:
You hesitated.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed oldmajenkins.
That task belonged to one of your scum-mates.
Still, yours was to cripple another.
It was a rather fine line indeed.
But you would take solace where you can.
You sent in your request mentally via the microchip.
The result came back rapidly.
You were successful.
You sank your teeth into your lips in anticipation of what tomorrow would bring.
~~~~~
You have successfully roleblocked Sepiriel.
Decision. Decision.
The door.
Too far.
Grasp.
Fingers.
Dimness.
Black.
~~~~~
You have successfully sent in the protection on Sepiriel.
You have been killed.
You couldn’t move.
One moment you were sitting on your bed, pondering about the day’s events.
The next, there was a pulsing sensation in your brain that caused you to jerk back.
Within moments, you were paralyzed.
Your body unmoving.
Your mind blank.
When next you were aware, it was already morning.
~~~~~
You have been roleblocked.
Wha-
Jolted awake, you blearily rubbed at your eyes.
The stream of information that came in made your heart sink.
Your ability had been replaced by a new one.
That meant a town’s power role was killed last night.
Great, just great, you groaned aloud.
That just threw any sleep you were planning on continuing out of the window.
~~~~~
Your ability has been replaced by the following: Every night, you can inform me by PM the name of a single player you want to protect from being killed.
That lynch did not went well.
That was probably the reason why you spent the entire night having a restless sleep.
You did not even grumble when you were woken up by a buzz in your head, which was saying something.
When the information came in from your microchip that _航_ (Wataru) is town, to say you were surprised was an understatement.
You had forgotten to send in your input to the microchip but you still received a result?
Or did you really forget?
You couldn’t remember.
Memory failed you.
You were in a daze.
~~~~~
You have successfully investigated _航_ (Wataru)’s alignment to be Town.
Night 2:
You rubbed your hands repeatedly.
They felt clammy with sweat.
You were about to cripple your own ally.
It was all part of the plan, really.
But still…
You took the plunge.
The command was sent in.
Your breath hitched.
The return receipt was confirmed.
You shut your eyes.
You relaxed your body.
You evened out your breath.
~~~~~
You have successfully roleblocked Jobie.
Your body was calm.
Your mind was in turmoil.
There was a sort of anticipation.
Crippling you was part of the agreed upon plan.
It did not make bearing the wait any easier.
When the throb of something coursing outward from your brain arrived, you almost welcomed it with open arms.
Your mind stuttered.
Your body numbed.
The paralysis was complete.
You could think nothing, feel nothing, and do nothing.
When next you blinked, you could hear the metallic door sliding open again.
~~~~~
You have been roleblocked.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed Cantripmancer.
And it was.
You had pleasant dreams.
A brief relief from the nightmares you were currently in.
And halfway through frolicking with unicorns above a field of daisies and under arches of rainbows, your brain burned.
Your eyes snapped open and bugged out.
You tried to let out a scream but your mouth felt numb.
Your tongue felt like a slab of meat oozing fluid.
You scrambled up but you grasped at air.
You turned around and you tumbled down to the floor face first.
You saw your nose squished flat and felt nary any pain.
You struggled… at something, nothing, everything.
You couldn’t think straight.
Struggle.
Heave.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Breat-
~~~~~
You have been killed.
You were new at this power role business.
Who to protect?
Who to save?
What to do?
How to do it??
The microchip.
You considered it carefully.
That’s right.
You tentatively tried to send a mental command through it.
You wanted atlseal to be protected.
You paused.
There was no reply.
You were crestfallen.
Maybe if you-
The confirmation arrived.
You blinked.
Well, that was a successful attempt.
Time to rest… you guess.
~~~~~
You have successfully sent in the protection on atlseal.
You stared at them.
You contemplated.
Hesitantly, you picked Cantripmancer, hoping for something you could use the very next day.
With a single thought, you relayed your request via the microchip.
There was an eternity in the single breath you drew as you waited in anticipation for the result.
Seconds passed.
The result came in.
Cantripmancer was town.
You let go of the breath you had been holding.
Huh, well, that was reassuring.
Time to sleep, you guess.
It was time to see what the following day would bring.
You tried to steady your rapidly beating heart as you laid down to rest.
~~~~~
You have successfully investigated Cantripmancer’s alignment to be Town.
Your hands were clasped above it.
You already exposed yourself as a cop to the rest.
Breathe…
It was for the greater good of course.
But still…
Your hands scrunched forcefully.
With that action…
The clock started ticking for you.
Tick.
Loud and clear.
You steeled your nerves.
As long as there was breath in you, you would never waver.
You would push onward.
If not for your sake, then it would be for the sake of the others.
You sent in the investigation on khorney06 mentally.
There.
You relaxed your hands.
Time passed silently.
Tick.
khorney06 was mafia.
You blinked.
Your breath hitched.
Damn.
You caught another scum?
Wow.
You felt elated.
The ending of this nightmare seemed nearer than ever.
You got up from the bed.
You were too excited to sleep.
Pain.
You stumbled.
What?
Pain.
Sharper than ever.
Lightning hot through your brain.
Burning.
Clawing.
Tearing.
Melting.
No.
No no no.
You had solid information.
khorney06 was mafia.
The others must know.
No no no.
Struggle.
Dammit.
Your mind raged feebly.
Your body was numb.
Struggle.
For their sake.
The door.
You must reach the door.
You didn’t move an inch.
You couldn’t.
No no no.
Oh gawd.

~~~~~
You have successfully investigated khorney06’s alignment to be Mafia.
You have been killed.
You really really did.
You couldn’t think straight though.
You couldn’t think. Period.
Your mind was… blank
Empty.
Simply not there.
Something pulsed through your brain earlier.
Seconds earlier?
Minutes earlier?
Hours earlier?
It has always been there.
You think.
Paralysis.
Couldn’t move.
You felt… sluggish.
You blinked at the ceiling.
You groaned.
You shook your head.
It was time to wake up already?
So fast?
~~~~~
You have failed to send in the protection on blue.
You have been roleblocked.
~~~~~
You have successfully roleblocked Powerrox93.
You thought on it.
It got relayed via the microchip.
Several seconds of waiting.
The result came back.
And somewhere in his room, blue was dead.
Just like that.
A life extinguished.
Like it mattered not.
An eye for an eye.
A tooth for a tooth.
One of mine, and one of yours.
No matter how you saw it, this was a long bloody game.
You wanted to weep.
But you felt nary a single thing.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed blue.
Right here.
~~~~~
You have successfully killed Powerrox93.
Then you waited.
The message came in.
Your protection on atlseal was successfully submitted.
You didn’t breathe a sigh of relief.
You didn’t bat an eyelid.
You didn’t move a single muscle.
You continued waiting.
Your task was done.
And deep in your heart, you knew it was coming.
With your role revealed, it was only a matter of time.
Time you didn’t really have.
After all, the cop was killed last night.
Thus, you kept waiting.
When your brain throbbed, you only gritted your teeth.
Pain.
You would not scream.
It hurt so badly.
Dignity.
Oh, how it burned your brain.
Overwhelming pain.
Your sight blurred.
You bit harder on your lips.
Your lips were pierced.
You could taste your blood.
Overpowering crushing endless pain.
Dignity.
Your skull felt numb.
You couldn’t feel your body.
You tried to focus.
You could see the vague outline of the door.
It blurred further.
Pounding.
Searing.
Blistering.
Pain pain pain.
Dig… dignity.
Pain pain pain pain pain.
Sweet tranquil darkness.
~~~~~
You have successfully sent in the protection on atlseal.
You have been killed.

Sorry
I disagree. I was believing Jobie's claim otherwise.
I voted because I was sure after my analysis the day before.
If that's what he meant by the first point, I'll have to plead ignorance. I obviously misunderstood what he meant by that.
I think point 2 is completely invalid if you already thought he was scum. I mean, he put a questioning of my alignment up for goodness sake. When you suspect everything, you're bound to be right sometimes.
EDIT: Dagger, if you want, you can post the kill scene for me as I was the next logical target.
EDIT 2: blue, I don't know how you keep getting these PRs, but you seem like a much better asset to town when VT

I'm really sorry I had to replace out of this game. Like was hectic at the time and I saw no end in sight, so when things were fine much sooner than I expected, I regretted replacing out because I really liked my role. It was interesting, especially to be in a basic.
Great job on the game, Dagger. Very flavorful and interesting. I enjoyed reading it still.

Ooh, I like. Yeah, let's go with that.
Yay me being right on Jobie, flavor gaming ftw!
Nah, it wouldn't mesh well with the final scene as it is.
What is the full range of PRs blue has gotten so far?
It also amused me to no end when atlseal cleared Powerrox based on your post in the replacement thread.
2 days actually. You did pretty well despite lasting for such a time.

Yeah, future note to anyone trying to replace back into a game you already played in: you should probably request in a PM to the mod, because your thought that you could replace in either means both your new and old roles are scum or they are both town. Since I came in as town, I knew Manders' previous role had to be town.
On the existence of a Backup
While I have seen that the standard 3rd town power role seems to be the various variant of vigilante, I feel that what the town needs isn't another trigger-happy role that could potentially screw them up. I believe a buffer role that could absorb the town's potential mistake and/or disadvantage at having a vital role like the cop or doc being lynched Day 1 or killed Night 1 would serve the town's interest much better. That would also minimize the kills to one per night, allowing an additional player to live and thus contribute to the discussion. Also, rather than juggling and deciding whether the Deputy or the Nurse would be more important, I just used a super Backup that would take up the first role that perished, sort of like a second chance for the first mistake/blow dealt.
On the standardization of role PMs
The one thing I would like to avoid above all else is the prevalent mod-gaming that seems to exist among the newer players, when they are getting frustrated at trying to read the other players accurately. They would then resort to clearing or condemning other players based on their role PMs or role names, and all sorts of flavor-based shenanigans. This was why the flavor of this game was done from scratch up and all the role PMs were standardized. Just for the extra caution, I did not even list the rolename of each role in the role PMs, just the player's name. It was as generic as it could be, with the only possible difference in the Ability. The intention was to establish a good basis for the new players to judge the other players based on their behaviors and not on their roles. It was a shortcoming that sometimes even veteran players lapse into, unfortunately.

That said, I think it was impressive how the mafia managed to sniff out the doctor on Night 1, and how the town managed to rally back from the certainty of defeat at the end there. It's a bit unfortunate the town didn't manage to cross the final line, but congratulations all the same to khorney for surviving all the way to the end after establishing himself admirably on Day 1.

Well....>_> We didn't need your vote to lynch him haha :-P
The problem is the scum didn't know I was a PR at this point and there was Noooooo reason for Powerrox to claim either. If I had stayed alive one more night without claiming I think we could have won.
What i've seen from you in this and basic 25 is that when you think you're right you don't really listen to anyone else. You and Manders suffer from Tunnelvision.. Fact charts and logic don't take into account things you don't know. I ain't mad at you it was almost a coin flip really but it was like....flip the coin shoot someone before the coin even lands.
This is scary to me but vezok and I think along the same non-linear lines a lot of the time so I knew he was town after a while but he was suspect for a while simply because he was being so proactive in scumhunting. I still felt his vote at the end of day 1 on Sep and subsequent continuation vote on day 2 made him the most town. Flattering me by saying I was awesome was suspect but then Cantrip said I had xray glasses so i found that suspicious too. I should have investigated Jobie probably but I knew we could get him lynched based on his claim the next day and cantrip was more of a threat. Hindsight I would have thought "Well vez is always killed because he's hard to read and though I know he's town maybe I should waste a night investigation to prove it to everyone else"
I should have made a better town scum list at the end of the day before I was killed.
Still he didn't get to defend himself that last day at all. Worst last day ever.
I lol'd when Arcadic said to khorney "if you need any proof that vez is scum here it is" haha.
Haha w/e. Like I said power roles mean nothing to me. If you don't go full force and do analysis then your power role is useless and a crutch. Why not be active?
SEP! I'm sorry man. To answer the question I posed to you when I was grilling you: At the time I asked you what you thought I Thought your alignment was....the answer is I thought you were town at that point.
Here was my plan:
Run up a wagon on Jobie because you're pretty sure he's scum. Then run up a wagon on sep to try to get him to claim a power role. If he claims badly (ie cop like you're insinuating) then he's scum and that's a 2 for 1. If he claims valid then coach so when you die he can actively scum hunt when you're gone.
(I know it seems really vain looking at it haha)
Anyways I know you're gonna be good at this game
These are my first through fourth games (this being my fourth game)
1: Basic 23, Doctor (game over town win)
2: still in progress but you can go view that basic 24
3: Basic 25, Two shot vig (game over town win)
4: Replaced into 26, town cop (game over town loss)
Atlseal you shouldn't have said anything about it lol.
Agreed! Halfway through my plan when I realized Sep was town I should have tried to run TMM up the pole but I decided the analysis of the vote on sep would be more useful.
I thought this was a great game. Loved the flavor. It was very simple but so cool. I felt like I was in an episode of star trek or that sean connery movie in space or Cube.
I think daytalk is awesome for scum newbs. I think it could be overwhelming otherwise. I want to have a 24 man game where newbs get to shadow experienced players and everyone gets a mason (or at least if a newb wants to they can mason with someone in game)
To Cantripmancer. I'm looking forward to playing in more games with you. I felt like you helped out the jobie wagon by pointing out things I was missing. Learned a lot there
Hooray Streaky play!
Ugh. This game was some of my worst play ever. I knew I shouldn't jump on the DL lynch and I knew his self lynch would be the end of me. Then I make that stupid vig comment before I thought out my false claim.
@Sep: I should have read the flavor closer before I added some to my false claim. live and learn I guess.
@Dagger: Great game and amazing flavor (actually readable).

I was sure i had you nailed there, but then Cantrip mentioned how flavor gaming was bad and a general scum tell and coupled with my hesitancy after D1 i let it go. It was pretty clear to me that given the degree of flavor not only in Daggers OP but in the Night and RB PM that your role was incredibly conflictive to it all, even the idea you needed to inject yourself to access commands in the chip would have been suspicious but i would have at least consider it plausible, the fact you stated you had to inject others ran so contrary to everything the flavor had established i just couldn't believe the claim anymore.
Fun Fact: Had i had an Investigative PR my first target would have been khorney because he was the one i saw contributing the most day 1 and would have wanted to be sure i was rallying beside a town... i think he felt the same way which is why he Roleblocked me
Have you thought of that before trying to lynch me?
TMM was scum. He acted like in basic 25. Khorney was obvscum.
Incredible game Dagger. Like every one you do.
Thanks to DNC at Heroes of the plane studios for this awesome sig and SGT_Chubbz for the awesome avy.

So you disagreed with me that Jobie had the highest chance of being RBer? Had he been, you would have had that extra night any way.
The way vezok plays reminds me a bit of chamber. Short posts, doesn't give much justification, and much like chamber, while I can't get a good read on him, I will also never listen to him.
On the day talk thing, I agree that's it's a great idea for basics. I'm just a little bummed that the town wasn't made aware of this fact.
@blue: I'll have to disagree about having tunnel vision. You had started to convince me that Arcadic was scum end of D4, but on my go back and read through, I convinced myself otherwise. Just because I don't automatically agree with another player's opinion does not make me guilty of tunnelvisioning.
In hindsight, I'm sure you may realize how obvious it was, but you weren't pushing him. And when you post like that, it makes people think that you are indeed scum.
That was a very fun game Dagger, thank you for hosting. I'm sorry that it screwed it up
Quotes in blog.
I really didn't have an opinion one way or the other. I hoped so though.
I tried my best to not call him scum right out of the gate cuz it's pretty easy to see a scummy vez.
Why?
I mean specifically that you tunnelvisioned on vezokpiraka because you convinced yourself at the end of the day he was scum and then no one questioned it. It's no biggy it's just the last day was atrociously fast with no discussion.
This. Maybe not "worst" last day ever, but barring investigation results, townies should never come barrelling into lylo with a vote.
I tend to agree, but I don't know if I could have resisted the temptation, either. I think I have to point the finger at MH on this one; what was she thinking posting info about the game?
And thanks for pointing out that posts were deleted, TMM...I didn't see the intervening posts and it just looked like the town was giving up without knowing the outcome...it was weird.
/barn.
Ditto; you seem to have a good head on your shoulders (or, you did before this game), and it's been fun.
Actually, I feel like everyone in here played a pretty good game. Mistakes were made, but that happens every time. It was a pleasure playing with you all.
*Cantrip averts his eyes*
I *knew* I should have pushed the wagon harder. Bah.
It is bad to flavor-game...but this is one of those times when it was good, because it was a false-claim with bad logic. You did a great job of sifting through the crap and finding the element that mattered. (Just don't rely on it too much...it'll get you in trouble.)
This is pretty much how I feel, but I've recently watched a few games with players who have similar playstyles and who I didn't really give much respect. But spectating those games has shown me that they have good analytical powers, and that I need to get past posting style and read between the lines (I've actually been learning this lesson since I started, way back when I butted heads with kpaca).
I think I agree that day-talk is a good learning tool...but I wonder if it's too much of a boon, even among newer players.
Thanks for the game, Dagger.
So, that was definitely my bad there.
Live and learn, I guess. I'm always horrible end game as town. That's my skill that needs the most work. I don't think things through properly.
Early game I'm pretty terrible I think. I love this game though lol. At first I didn't think I'd have the time to do it nor the attention span to focus on it at all. But now I realize I really like the analysis of everything.
Everyone has their own way to play I guess but using an interaction chart, while good, isn't foolproof. Even if you're taking more into consideration the way it comes off is that you're single minded and dogged. Good traits if you're right.
I should have followed through and lynched Jobie but I was pretty sure I could catch one more person before I died.
As far as replacing in goes I really enjoyed it. Def a new experience and pretty cool. Where'd Rubin go anyway?
Overall, it was an interesting game. Deep down i knew Sep was town, but i do think he was a good target d2. I needed to post more d1, for sure. D3 was odd, because i got a scummy feeling from Blue and Altseal for pushing the massclaim right away. Thats part of the reason i did my pbpa on blue, to see if anyone would jump at the chance after he claimed cop. Then i realized that Jobie/Powerrox could be proven as a liar due to the flavor. I knew TMM had to be scum after the Jobie wagons. I really don't think i could have ever convinced myself Khorney was scum, and Altseal was the only one who could pursuade me.
Regardless, it was fun and i can't wait for random.org to put me in another game with you folks. Sorry again dagger for ruining the endgame flavor for you!
My wife was on MTV with this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUutIZg2EpU
Plus, enough people have stated they thought he was town that he wouldn't have been lynched. You can also analyze any who jump on/off wagons, you know.
