Agreed. I'd say that I don't find the pose very flattering as far as her attractiveness myself, but it's still very interesting and unique. And the detail is superb as well.
She is a vampire, since she has the long finger extensions, is tasting the blood off of them, and you can see at the base of her stomach the outlines of the "blood processing" center of mirran vampires.
And being a vampire doesn't mean it would have to be played in a tribal deck.
Yeah, and looking closer, the whole blood-licking should be a big "vampire" sign. She's got some interesting marks on her thighs, lower torso and arms... that are apparently known vampire features. Clearly, I know nothing of Mirran vamps

We already have the Mirran / Phyrexian Crusader but not the other two.
