This is The Current List i am running in Vintage i have had 2 top 8 finishes with it in the past 4 months, not too shabby for a deck that isn't considered tier 1.
I plan to keep this post updated with my current list so the link from my signature will usually be spot on accurate. and i won't feel the need to make a new post here over every minute change.
Mini Primer
For those not familiar with Dark times it is a (usually) mono black deck that combines powerful black disruption and combo goodness to win games with Dark Depths or Helm of Obedience
My version splashes green for even more disruption that gives it better match-ups against Workshop based decks
The deck can match up against any deck in the format relatively well both pre and post board, though it does still have a shop deficiency game 1, especially on the draw...a lot of decks in the format have that same issue though.
EDIT: Chokes weren't working out as well as i hoped. Only won a single game for me and Gush decks have enough ways to play around them that they are only a minor inconvenience. Went back to oppression as my storm deck hate of choice.
Testing out Bane of the living in place of second Choke due to the current infestation of Creature decks at one of the venues i attend.
Considering Changing the Oxidizes into A deglamer and another storm board card. (either a second Oppression or Chains of mephistopheles) Deglamer has been an all-star in the main deck and Since i added it and moved the second claim to the board i have more shop hate in there than i actually have room to board in. Oxidizes have outlived their usefulness
Update - Bitter blossum returns to the board due to the rise of landstill in the meta, deglamers in the main as then have proven more useful overall than nature's claim, liliana moves second edict to the board and she has been pretty amazing so far...single handedly winning 2 games for me at my last even a 9th place finish at FOW games in clark summit 11/05/11
