Could maybe even keyword that ability. Like Mitosis or something. (Sacrifice this creature and put two creature tokens into play, each with the color and type of this creature and half the power and toughness of this creature rounded up).

I think having a race of Ooze creatures that are loosely tied to this reality (hence the use of phasing) would be cool. There'd be like kraken, leviathan, octopi, snakes, fish, sharks, snails, hydra, and maybe even ooze illusions! Could have some fun flavor times. Like tales pirates going for the killing blow on a big whale, only to have it disappear leaving a void in the ocean and having their ship sucked below the surface as water rushes in to fill the empty section of sea. And ships/parts of ships made from the super prized bones of the creatures of the sea. Prized because they're hard to come by, for your average pirate.
That said, I think this card may be an uncommon level thingy. Not sure on the wording. I just want it so that you HAVE to do exactly 2 damage to it to kill it. Any more will cause it to phase out.
Rules time! 502.1. First, all phased-in permanents with phasing that the active player controls phase out, and all phased-out permanents that the active player controlled when they phased out phase in.
This means the creature that's phased out doesn't have to have phasing to phase back in, correct?

Just a little advice to everyone: a creature with power 0 does not have to be a wall, and it certainly needs not be a defender. Maybe you don't want to attack with it, but why not be able to?

That probably would have been a much better card :xd: I made the flavor text before I made the card, and just went with it, thinking it could be fun with any kind of pump abilities, static ones preferrably, with it. In the future, I'll put more thoughts into my designs, as that was careless of me.
