Thank you WOTC for introducing the Modern format, a format where all the whiners can enjoy a level playing field and where they can play with none of the best cards of all time!
Congratulations to Cedric Phillips for winning the WA State 2011 Championship with 278 players and 9 rounds of Swiss followed by a single-elimination Top 8. As of my information after round 6, ours was the largest in the country. (Please let me know if you have info about attendance in other states.)
Finals:
Cedric over Brad McArtor
Semis:
Cedric over Jesse Hampton
Brad over Ben Erickson
Quarters:
Cedric over Sean Miller
Jesse over Travis Woo
Brad over Trevor Dale Hutchison
Ben over Jonathan Loucks
At least for now, until people start hating on it better. By no means did it get lucky, but as of this weekend there really wasn't much of a plan to stop it. So that's why it wrecked everything up and down.
About Frox: for nearly 10 years, Frox has been helping women look good and feel great in easy-fit, mix-and-match, and work-to-weekend with just a few pieces by helping them make the right choices when it comes to clothing and accessories.

I've heard a lot of comments about the dungrove versions winning the mirror though. This could definitely become relevant.
I like the decks overall though, especially dungrove versions. There's a lot of good midrange feel there and a strong win-condition/Alt-Win. I just find something appealing about playing all creatures that are either disposable, or unkillable together.
Disposable: Acidic Slime, Veridian Emissary, Solemn Simulacrum, Primeval Titan
+
Unkillable: Dungrove Elder, Thrun, Wurmcoil Engine
+
Utility: M12 Garruk, Swords, Removal, Green Sun, Wolf Run
--------------------------------
Win
Drop a sword on anything in the top list and they have to deal with it. Killing Primeval is a moot issue to the ramp player after they've gotten what they need, and Thrun and Dungrove are just a nightmare for a lot of decks to deal with right now. Throw in a few Wurmcoil for good measure on the unkillable list and the deck seems golden.
Is there any way to view any coverage? I've been curious about a friends results, but can not find a single thing as to actual info about the florida states, in orlando.

The most coverage you're going to find for States is (most likely, unless your state is weird) Top 8 decklists when they all get put out.

285 players at BC Comix in Fenton (a new record for Michigan and as far as I know the highest number for States this year).
PES put on a great event, and BC had a lot of volunteers making sure the store end of things went as smooth as possible. They had multiple people working the counter for trades, one person dedicated to the cash register, several people emptying trash and checking bathrooms on a regular basis, etc.
The top two decks were Wolf Run and a U/W control deck. U/W won, and it was piloted by Dan Gillis, owner of the new store Gamer's Gauntlet.

L1 MtG judge (L2 coming soon) and Dominion tournament coordinator serving Flint MI and its surrounding cities.
If anyone can help fill in the last few states that I need it would be a huge help. From there I'll be able to start number crunching. Also, there's some where I have very limited information from. For number crunching purposes (and because it seems like it's how it usually works) I'm probably just going to use standings as 1st, 2nd, 4th, 4th, 8th, 8th, 8th, 8th. So, if you're not sure exact places, but at least know what the top 8 decks were and can fit it into that, it would be perfect.

Is it a good idea to build wolfrun ramp? I'm afraid it will get hated out soon.
The deck provides too many threats for most decks to answer. It can stabilize before most aggro decks can win, it has a better end game than control, and it can answer planeswalkers and trouble lands via Beast Within. Even with the hate, the deck has a great SB against all the decks being played atm.

I see only one problem with this question.
It should be:
The answer is still yes. The thing is, there are a lot of wolf run variants that are almost all doing well.
If you hate the deck, I'm probably playing it!
