I noticed that art labeled as Helvault but it doesn't make sense. Helvault is in the Avacyn Catherdral's courtyard. You can actually see it in Tree of Redemption's artwork, or at least that is what Wizards heavily hinted towards. Ability makes sense considering some of the speculation lore wise regarding the area though.
Perhaps you should just send WOTC a resume and tell them why you're better at Magic than one of their employees instead of complaining here, where nobody really has any authority on the matter.

It could be possible that the Helvault was moved for some reason. It would make sense though that something like this would be legendary. I'm not talking makes sense in a Valakut sort of way but more over as a major part of the storyline sort of way.
Probably a fake since the artwork was JUST nicely released. The ability seems reasonable for a DA card, but I would have assumed that the Helvault would give creatures protection until the end of turn, or something similar since it IS a giant sliver of silver
I can't see what EDH deck wouldn't want that, unless it was creature-lite.
I hope it's fake for that reason. I'm getting pretty sick of no-brainer cards like that. If it had black mana in the activation cost I'd be less salty, but even so, don't really need another Stronghold.

I kind of like the card and won't rule it out entirely, but there are a number of factors that lead me to suspect a fake. The name defies convention, the art is something we've already seen, the location is off, and the collector's number is unlikely. The number would require no artifacts with names K-Z and no lands with names A-G.
If someone went out of there way enough to find correct lore of Innistrad, use artwork that matched the setting but hadn't been used or seen before, typed up a balanced ability that also fit with the plane and was designed within Wizard's standards, create excellent, well-written flavor text that matched the card, and cranked this out without any noticeable flaws in the card creation, then we deserve to be fooled.
if this is not fake, this would mean that DKA will have 5 lands according to number crunch which doesnt seem likely since the last artifact will be jar of eyeball

Actually, that is a conclusion I came to! It would make sense for Mikaeus completely shutting off the area to everyone. Did he lock away Avacyn to bring back some demonic leader?
That card is pretty damn amazing fake, if it is a fake.
WOTC doesn't like legendary lands, therefore the fact that this is not legendary makes sense. But uncommon? I don't know if they would do that in a top-down designed set.
What in gods name is up with this set? Did RnD just sit down and say "lol let's pack as many over-the-top cards as we possibly can into this one because the world ends this year anyway!"

Also 153 means there are no artifacts after Jar of Eyeballs, and 5 other lands, neither of which sounds likely.

Helvault is more like Eye of Ugin in importance, not Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion.

Which word is giving you trouble? Beloved? Another? The? That's some pretty fantastic flavor, and the card itself would be wonderful in Pod decks.
