The wording on the first ability is wrong. It should be "Put a -1/-1 on target creature" but that's a minor complaint to an otherwise cool ability. The third ability is kinda wordy but goes well with the flavour, which the first ability doesn't by the way.

Planewalker usually use 'up to' on their + abilities that require targets (Tezzeret the Seeker) to allow an activation if there are no targets available. Although with two plus abilities it is unneccessary.

Nice entries so far, Just a reminder of the design challenge:
"A white card with one of these exact abilities on it:
"Target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn" or
"When ~ enters the battlefield, target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn".
You cannot alter the wording or add more clauses to this ability, thought the card may of course have other abilities. "
As a reminder, a couple of you have broke the rules.
eg "Target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn. Do X. Then Do X." is one ability, and i asked for you not to add to or alter the ability.

Wow, incredibly limited then. By your definition, instants and sorceries can only have "Target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn" since even adding "Draw a card" would be part of the same ability.
My card is fixed, but less flavorful now...
