You should be able to check the replay up to that point and recreate the board state, hands, and graveyards.
Not a good idea. That's extremely convoluted and you would know your opponent's hand. Also if one person knows the top card of their library from a scry or something, it adds a whole new level of complicated.
Best way is to restart the game you were on. It sucks, but I'm pretty sure that is the best option.
That's what Warden and I ended up doing for the legacy tourney, tried it 3 times and all 3 games ended up like that (restarting). Guess we'll have to try it again tomorrow or tues.
Me and SPC will be playing in a little bit here - finishing out a legacy match and then we'll likely start the semi's. I'm not too confident in my matchup having tested this with him before
I lost 1-2. Was a close match all the way through, almost pulled it out g3, but SPC made some really good plays and had all the tools necessary to beat me. As I predicted b4 the tourney, he was going to knock me out, and it happened.

I was fortunate enough to watch a couple of SPC's earlier matches. That is one mean deck. Good luck in the finals!
Yup. Ghost quartering his own Bojuka Bog so that he could loam it back and prevent my Graveyard shenanigans won him the match. Very tight play, and definitely deserves the win.

Been talking to SPC and Dodito:
Dodito and I will be playing at 10pm EDT(GMT -4)/2am GMT (I don't know how people don't seem to get DST time zones...)
SPC should be available to play the winner after our game, so the 2nd semi will hopefully be followed by the finals.
Edit: Dodito did not show up at the scheduled time. SPC and I are going to play and assume I win by default.
I missed it Eh? Alright. Got to update everything... (Ive been reallllllyyy busy lately) so give me a day. After I give the recap, you all can start tossing in the lists/codes.
How outstanding is it that pumpkin can go on any magic card and just fit?
Note: If you had a report on your deck posted someone in the forum, please link it.
Lanterns Recap!
Meta- The Brews are back, Though nabbing less wins then before. Seems like combo is making a sneak move back in, no doubt after last touri's smashing glass cannon. Its about time too. Lands decks are back (tron) so the days of not worrying about those types of decks are over. Aggro has hit an all time low, blue again rising up as a challenger. A ton of board controlling decks have sprouted up, and not all blue.
Top 8- Look at that, no "true" aggro. Midrange, control, and combo!
Looks like top 8 goes to the "well prepared" this go around. All featured great sideboard and main deck choices. Shows who was looking at last weeks lists!
Players- SPC shows his stuff this round, taking out touri's favorated Badd! Badd's still the guy to look out for, racking up 8 wildcard points! Will that guy ever stop top 8ing? Tom88 Falters went with an experimental list, not his usual D&T but still pulls through with an explosive start. Gaka comes out of left field per usual, and gets pretty far from doing it. Plus who isnt exited about his and Lantern's bet on playing warp world and Dinosaur Naya next month?
Have to give it up to the new kid on the block, Koopa easily tossing himself into top 8, as well as LEH
And look at TheTanStar! Bursting to victory with a ton of m13 in Bant.
Finals- (I didnt see this, anyone want to write 1-2 paragraphs on it?)
Wrap up: Looks like our little tournaments all grown up. 42 and counting, we got newbies and vets in the mix. If I had to guess its that combo has a real presence now, mostly in established forms such as Pod. Board control is now a very good position, jund and even rock. Restoration control is slowing down the game as well, so thats something to conciser. Seems like fast aggro also has toned down as more people are finding a niche in this meta.
If I had to suggest a sideboard card for next month it would be torpor orb.

You need a PA to handle some of the day-to-day management of the tournaments. I am by no means volunteering, but I am sure there are some people that would be happy to help.
Why am I not surprised that I ended up as Sigarda? I even called it after the match was over, even though I really wanted to be Geist of Saint Traft.
It would have been funnier to use the textless Psionic Blast art though, considering I won 2 games with that out of nowhere.
Mhjames: mtgsalvation: I DON'T SEE HOW THIS CARD IS GOOD. I KNOW PATRICK CHAPIN USED IT AND WENT 8-0, BUT THAT WAS A SMALL TOURNAMENT. THE CARD IS TOO SLOW. YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE OPPONENT HAS A SPELL IN THE GRAVEYARD

Sigarda vs a deck with 7 sac effects equals win. Well played sir.
Can we start the next one now?

Edit: Count me in again as well.
Game 2, i have Turn 2 Smallpox to kill his hierarch, then use liliana and dark confidant to overrun him
Game 3, i have turn 2 dark confidant, keep it alive for the entire game, but didnt expect Sigarda and lose with 2 Smallpox in hand
He played very well and had answers to my only outs, so it was a well-earned victory. Guess ill just have to win this next one. Im in
