Honestly I prefer the Eldrazi Spawn, walls slow games. Spawn could be used to chump block or be used to accelerate.
EDIT: Sidestep also seems like it would slow things down. Non-combat set?
Re: sidestep, scroll down that thread for a more developed (less slow) version of that ability. It should also shed some light on why these Wall-makers exist.

Akki Engineers confuses me. What kind of deck wants both a 3/1 haste and a 0/2 defender guy? Same with Kuruwa Builder; why not go with Squire stats?
A Limited deck that wants more combat-ready bodies on the ground would want this. A deck that wants to have its cake (attack) and eat it too (block) could potentially use this as a disruptive strategy in a very aggro-focused environment.
I guess it's counter-intuitive, but the focus on these cards is not meant to be the Wall, it's meant to be the creature that makes the Wall. The Wall is just there to encourage you to attack with the other creature, and not have to worry about losing a blocker.
These cards remind me more of Seller of Songbirds type cards than eldrazi spawn, but that's fine. Remember that 0/2 walls are slightly more relevant than spawn, so these cards are more 2 for 1 than spawn cards. Another great card to compare against is gatecreeper vine. Depending on how much intimidate you have, making these artifacts would be interesting and allow them to be destroyed more easily, ie choosing opponents less time and cards. Posting from my phone so this is probably more disjointed than usual, sorry.
The cards themselves look fine from where I'm sitting. I've noticed a lot of your recent posts have eschewed black and green, will we see more of them soon?

Yes. The way that sidestep developed after our earlier discussion, I'm going to put it more heavily into black and green (and probably rename it, for flavor reasons.) In fact, I posted these Wall makers because I want the color breakdown for this mechanic to be opposite of that for sidestep. I'm just trying to figure out which colors should get which level of each mechanic:
Creature - Human Artificer [C]
When Kuruwa Builder enters the battlefield, put a 0/2 colorless Wall artifact creature token with defender onto the battlefield.
[2/1]
Creature - Goblin Artificer [C]
Haste
When Akki Engineers enters the battlefield, put a 0/2 colorless Wall artifact creature token with defender onto the battlefield.
[3/1]
Instant [C]
Counter target artifact or creature spell. Put a 0/2 colorless Wall artifact creature token with defender onto the battlefield.
These tokens are going to be the set's Eldrazi Spawn, but for the most part are going to be limited to one token generated per card.

As of this moment, I'm basically thinking:
Sidestep: 40%; 30%; 20%; 10%; 0%
Wall-makers: 0%; 10%; 20%; 30%; 40%
But I'm willing to shift things around.
I'll let the Polish localization guys worry about that.
FTR, Kuruwa is a Japanese term for castle walls.
