I like it, but as you say, they lack spice. The common is perfect, but the other two are boring.

Thanks for the positive feedback. However, I realized the ability had some badness happening on the blocking front. So I fixed it and added some spice.
Clever Yoriki3W
Creature - Human Samurai [C]
Bushido 2
Remove Clever Yoriki from combat: Another target blocked creature you control gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
[2/2]
Nimble Metsuke1W
Creature - Human Samurai [U]
First strike
Bushido 1
Remove Nimble Metsuke from combat: Another target blocked creature you control gets +1/+1 and gains first strike until end of turn.
[1/1]
Rampant Gokenin3WW
Creature - Human Samurai [R]
Double strike
Bushido 3
Remove Rampant Gokenin from combat: Another target blocked creature you control gets +3/+3 and gains double strike until end of turn.
[3/3]
Thoughts on power level? (I think it's pretty high.)
It would be cool if they gave Bushido X instead of +X/+X
That would be pretty, but it wouldn't work, because bushido is a triggered ability and by the time you use this ability, it's too late for bushido to trigger.

Yep.
The very first iteration of this mechanic was basically, ":symtap:: Target creature gains bushido N until end of turn." But I found that to be really underwhelming. So I tried a bunch of different designs that preserved the element of surprise that I wanted, and this is the design that I liked the best. I think people will grok the bushido connection.
Incidentally, my early ideas for "White Bushido, part two" are really happy to NOT be granting bushido flagrantly to those who don't already have it, so it kind of works out nicely in a couple ways, from my perspective.
The Uncommon and Rare are INCREDIBLY powerful since you can use their abilities after First Strike damage has been dealt in order to save another creature after hitting their blockers/opponent first.

Urf. Can you believe that I missed that? Thanks for noticing.
Anybody have any proposed fixes, while I try to think of some myself?
[EDIT]: I think my decision is going to be to own it. This is a combat-trick heavy block, and it's actually a pretty nifty combat trick. However, the power level issues are not lost on me, so I'm going to make the following changes:
Clever Yoriki3W
Creature - Human Samurai [C]
Bushido 2
Remove Clever Yoriki from combat: Another target blocked creature you control gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
[2/2]
Agile Metsuke1W
Creature - Human Samurai [U]
First strike
Bushido 1
Remove Agile Metsuke from combat: Another target blocked creature you control gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
[1/1]
Rampant Gokenin4WW
Creature - Human Samurai [R]
Double strike, vigilance
Bushido 3
Remove Rampant Gokenin from combat: Another target blocked creature you control gets +3/+3 until end of turn.
[3/3]
I think those changes also make these less confusing - strangely enough, by only highlighting the parts that can be used in the aforementioned combat trick.
[EDIT DEUX]: Thank you TurboJustice for the vigilance suggestion, below. It makes sense with this version of the ability and I don't want to miss a good opportunity, so I stuck it on the Gokenin and bumped up his cost accordingly.
The uncommon one could be vigilant instead of first strike;
And the rare one could grant a smaller bonus to everything you control (a shogun?).

I don't think there's a textually clean way to do it while retaining first strike. "Activate this ability only before ~ deals combat damage" is ugly and mechanical, and it kind of makes you feel like someone solved the puzzle for you and then took away the answer.
Maybe, instead of "remove ~ from combat," the first strikers look something like:
Bushido N
manacost: ~ gets -N/-N until end of turn and another target blocked creature gets +N/+N (and has whatever strike) until end of turn.
So instead of having the guy retreat, he's kind of pushing his bushido onto another dude, but remains in the fray.
Creature - Human Samurai [U]
Bushido 1
:symw:, Remove Yoriki #1 from combat: Another target blocking or blocked creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
[1/1]
Creature - Human Samurai [C]
Bushido 2
:symw:, Remove Yoriki #2 from combat: Another target blocking or blocked creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
[2/2]
Creature - Human Samurai [R]
Bushido 3
:symw:, Remove Yoriki #3 from combat: Another target blocking or blocked creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn.
