Btw, have you also been to Istanbul and Gezi Park?
We were indeed in Istanbul, likely less than a mile or two from Gezi Park during one of the demonstration/riot days. This was a family trip (Mediterranean cruise actually), so we wisely avoided any active scuffles.
We actually had to skip Athens because on that day, there was a huge strike by all of the government workers and the ship couldn't even dock.
We went to Dubrovnik, Croatia instead (which wasn't on the original itinerary).
Okay, now that I've caught up, here's our list of stops/sites visited:
Barcelona, Toulon (Provence), Livorno, Pisa, Florence, Citavecchia, Roma, The Vatican, Naples, Sorrento, Pompeii, Mykonos, Istanbul, Izmir, Ephesus (dangerously close to Syria actually! ) Athens, Dubrovnik, Venice, Paris, then home. Whew!
I would have LOVED to have visited Gobekli Tepe but it was too far away.
Ephesus was much cooler than I expected, so that made up for it!
I have almost 700 pictures. I'll see what I can share. (I probably can't share photos of the topless beaches in Toulon! :kank:)
2011: Best Mafia Performance (Individual) - Best Newcomer
2012: Best (False?) Role Claim - Worst Town Performance (Group) - Best Mafia Performance (Group) - Best SK Performance - Best Overall Player

2015: Worst Mafia Performance (Group) - Best Read

You have pictures to share? Yay, more things to look at!
I was on a Mediterranean cruise last year, though yours seems more intensive (mine was two weeks, yours was three). That time, we actually had to skip one port too, but it was due to bad weather rather than government stuff.
Welcome to [The Crafters] Russian Alara!
{It's now official!}
I have to put together something for the family for a get-together this weekend where we are going over our adventures, so while I'm doing that, I'll try to pull out good tidbits to share with everyone here as well.
Like I said, I have almost 700 pictures that I took, and I'm only in a very small amount of them since I was the one holding this particular camera. If you're looking for pictures of me, I may have to get copies of those from others.
Nobody here is going to want to see all 700 pics, trust me. The topless beaches of Toulon are only a scant few of them since I had to take those ones somewhat surreptitiously.

Welcome back, Kank! Things were a bit dull without you around.
A tour of Europe? That sounds phenomenal! I almost got to do something like that for my senior trip but the thing was cancelled because not enough people were interested...or had enough money left after squandering it on other frivolous stuff :(.
And congrats on your official Crafterhood, RA! It's great to have more tech-savvy folks in the fold.
On thing you could do whilst your here Kank, set up a QT for the mafia contest unless Wessel has already done so and just forgotten to send me the link.

Let me fix that. I should quiz you on a few things.
First, I made this word ladder recently. It's a 5-letter word ladder, so it's a bit harder to make, but it seems people like the finished product.
And secondly... something I haven't done in a while... the animal drawing-guessing game. Here are two sets of drawings, of skunks and parrots. Can you guess which skunk and which parrot are mine?
(I'm so out of practice on this drawing thing... using a pen makes it harder too.)

I would hazard to guess that skunk #5 and parrot #1 are yours.
It was indeed Parrot #1 and Skunk #5 that were drawn by me. Kank and Wessel know my style, it seems...
(I will obviously spend more time in future drawings of Aurora, of course.)
Kank and Wessel got all of those. But in fact, S4 matched with P5 and S2 matched with P4. Those two were the hardest ones, of course.
PS.
Stardust, we need you to steal the cheese (since Lord Grey has it, and I won't be sending Aurora to get it for storyline reasons), and the thread's been stalled.

I was so tired last night I slept through a thunderstorm. Totally not the norm for me, but very welcome.

I wouldn't have had enough time to play the CCM myself anyway, so good job taking the lead guys!
