I cast Isochron Scepter and copy it's imprint trigger using the resonator, imprinting 2 different cards on scepter. What happens I make a copy with the scepter?
It's not. You would cast the card you exiled with the Imprint originating from the Sceptor. The copied imprint would allow you to exile an instant if you wanted to, but you have nothing linked to it to cast it. (Otherwise it would allow really weird things like copying your opponents imprint and what not.)

Strionic Resonator can only copy an ability you control. I'd tag it here, but it's not on gatherer yet.
Another oddball combo with Strionic Resonator is Duplicant. What happens if you copy that ability?
I hadn't seen that it was only your own ability, but the result is basically the same.
For Duplicant you would get a triggered ability that let you exile a non token creature, but it isn't linked to the original Duplicant.
The source for a copy of an ability is the original source of the ability, not the thing doing the copying. We're going to have to wait for the M14 FAQ to really see how this works, I think. I suspect you *will* be able to chose which spell to cast when activating an Isochron Sceptre, but I can think of a couple different ways Duplicant might work. See Dark Impostor for an example of a card being able to have linked abilities referencing multiple exiled cards.
In some cases involving linked abilities, an ability requires information about "the exiled card." When this happens, the ability gets multiple answers. If these answers are being used to determine the value of a variable, the sum is used. For example, if Elite Arcanist's enters-the-battlefield ability is copied, two cards are exiled. The value of X in the activation cost of Elite Arcanist's other ability is the sum of the two cards' converted mana costs. As the ability resolves, you create copies of both cards and can cast none, one, or both of the copies in any order.
If you double-imprint on the Scepter, you get to copy and cast both cards when you activate the ability.

Duplicant has received errata to clarify that only the last exiled creature card is used.
As long as a card exiled with Duplicant is a creature card, Duplicant has the power, toughness, and creature types of the last creature card exiled with Duplicant. It's still a Shapeshifter.

Didn't want to make a new thread for this because it is such a similar question.
1) If I use Strionic Resonator to copy the enter-the-battlefield ability of either Prototype Portal or Soul Foundry, I will get to create copies of one, both, or neither of the exiled cards when I activate the Portal/Foundry? Same for Summoner's Egg - will I get to exile 2 creatures and then put both into play if it dies?
2) What about Spellweaver Helix? If I copy the enters the battlefield trigger, I will exile 4 cards, right? And then whenever a player casts a card with the same name as any of those 4 cards, I can copy all 4 of them? Or just the other 3? Or just 2?
1) You will have to pay the full CMC of all the exiled cards to activate the ability, but then you get to make a copy of each exiled card. It's not optional (there's no "may"), so you must put a copy of each exiled card onto the battlefield as the ability resolves.
Yes, Summoner's Egg will put both exiled creature cards onto the battlefield as the ability resolves.
2) Yes, you will exile 2 sorcery cards, then another 2 sorcery cards. When the trigger resolves, you cast the "other" exiled card(s), meaning you can cast the other 3 exiled cards, but not the one that had the same name as the spell that was cast.

1.) The game returns two answers and will use both. So two artifact tokens and two creatures for you. The set FAQ mentions elite arcanist and he always copies both cards. Then you may cast both, one or neither because his ability does include "may".
2.) Helix sets up two sets of pairs so it isn't a pool of 4, it's two sets of two. So you when you cast one, you get its corresponding partner.

It is a pool of 4. All the exiled cards are exiled by the first linked ability (even though they're exiled 2 at a time, that doesn't matter), so the second linked ability sees all 4 of them. When a player casts any one of the 4 cards, you copy the other 3.

A good way to think about what the term "the other" means is that it always means "the other objects". It doesn't matter if it happens to just be one other object (in the case of a Spellweaver Helix whose triggered ability wasn't copied) or if it happens to be three other objects (in the case of a Helix whose triggered ability was copied). The reason why the Oracle text uses only "the other" instead of "the other objects" is because the triggered ability normally linked with it only mentions two objects, one of which is the first, and one of which is the "other" one.
The FAQ excerpt can be applied not just to exiled cards, but to other terms, as well. This is because the phrases "the exiled card" and "the other [object]" check to see whether the object fits a specified property.
In some cases involving linked abilities, an ability requires information about "the other [object]." When this happens, the ability gets multiple answers. If these answers are being used to determine the value of a variable, the sum is used. . .
Of course, this is true assuming that the Helix doesn't receive any errata that makes it function differently.

How to use card tags (please use them for everybody's sanity)
[c]Lightning Bolt[/c] -> Lightning Bolt
[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format Minimum deck size: 60 Maximum number of identical cards: 4 Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
Now assuming you have a Mimic Vat and Strionic Resonator out, and someone wipes the board can you exile two creatures into the vat or will only one "fit inside" at at time (due to the clause that returns the exiled card to the grave)?

Each ability resolves separately, so the second one to resolve will put all the other exiled cards into their owner's graveyard. You can never have more than one exiled card under the Vat.

It would be crazy cool if you could choose between both exiled spells. But looks like this is a bug in the game rules.
