Here is my updated list for Lavinia. I feel she is taking on a good angle being in her control shell. I am having a few issues trying to find competent finishers, however the ones in here seem to have some pull. I tend to run out of answers when I need them most. Any ideas to help further the idea let me know.
So Lavinia of the Tenth felt like she would make a general that could really take control of the board situation especially in a blink oriented deck to detain many of the opponents resources to stop them from progressing. I came up with a nice list of enter the battlefield creatures to fit her flavor of detaining the opponent and creating a formidable control element to the game. I am quite impressed with how things have turned out for her and she can still use some suggestions on how to improve.
Notable Interactions
Conjurer's Closet and any ETB creature including Lavinia for their repeatable usage and hindrance.
Mangara of Corondor works well after he is activated and then flickered to get the exile and keep him around longer. I haven't gotten to test this out yet so I am unsure on how well it works.
I'm trying to get the feel for what is needed in the deck. It is hard to make changes based on never drawing the theoretical interactions but so far it seems to have been doing alright. Like I said above, trying to close out a game is a challenge with her. I can control the board all day long but I cannot seem to get to a finisher. Maybe more draw?
If you see any ideas of things to cut let me know.
Anyone have suggestions on things that may not be needed? I am looking through it seeing what doesn't jive well with the synergy and flavor. Thanks guys for taking a look.
I was thinking of adding in Strionic Resonator due to all the ETB effects and many of them are worth the 2 mana investment. Anything out of Theros strike an eye to improve the idea? I am currently looking through the spoiler to see what I would want to add.
I'm not sure, but I have updated my list since the original post, and it seems to run much more smoothly. I am still looking for any ideas that will help to improve what I currently have. It is geared to control the board heavily. The only issue I seem to have now is ending the game. I have a few significant beaters but getting to them seems to be an issue. Any thoughts? Thanks guys.

Glen Elendra Archmage is great when blinked to reset her, ready to keep countering.
Cloudstone Curio is a soul contender in this deck. I feel it is one of the all-stars.
Wall of Omens and Mulldrifter generate a constant draw engine to allow more advantage.
