ODRIC, aka the Sean Connery of EDH. Fast, sexy and efficient, Odric threatens to close the game out really quickly through an army of powerful soldiers. The deck is mostly soldier tribal with minimal voltron elements to ensure that the deck works fine without the Man himself. The goal is to eliminate key enemies ASAP and overrun our opponents while trying not to overextend, using Odric's ability to take out juicy targets. Or not...
This deck aims to snowball through acculumating white weenies, taking out key targets early through Odric's ability, and swinging for lethal directly through myriad anthem and lord effects. It's a very, very simple deck, just turn everything sideways. It aims to strike before the opponent can stabilise, so control decks and combo decks are usually our primary target. We're not looking to have a tea party.
EDIT:
Recently updated....by removing nearly all of my spot removal. I know what you're thinking....what the hell? Well, it works out: less spot removal results in more creatures main deck, so now a t3-4 odric with sufficient creatures to trigger his ability is usually possible.

First of all, I LOVE ODRIC!!!! He is such a cool commander. Sadly, mono white aggro is about the bottom of the barrel as far as competitive playable. Still, I freakin love his flavor and build style. Some suggestions from when I played him:
Infiltration Lens you draw for each block assigned. If someone has like 5 creatures, you can put 5 blockers on a 1/1 with Odric's combat control. This means its a huge source of card drawing if you have combat control established.
Your landbase is far too conservative. I use a TON of manlands and token producers as a landbase. Last edit, my landbase looked like this:
Your landbase can make it so that Odric can go combat control for less mana. I think its worth running some manlands for that.
Fanatical Devotion can save Odric from tuck effects and it can let you sort of strategically fall creatures to protect from some EDH wraths.
In general your spot removal looks a little heavy for mono white aggro. Odric does offer some measures of removal too. I would probably cut some of the weaker anthems for more equipment and equipment support. Try to focus on some things that animate into creatures or are indestructible as well as it will make recovery easier and allow Odric's combat control to be an option a lot more often.

He's okay in one-player and pretty...strange in multiplayer. Usually I just negotiate to take out the control/combo player but that doesn't make for the deck being any good in multi, though.
Infilitration Lens will be looked into, the chance to draw so many cards off a single creature is brilliant.
I think I actually have Kjelordan Outpost or Daru Encampment in there, but yeah, my deck's manabase is way too conservative right now.

Emeria Angel — OK it's not a soldier, but the Landfall effect helps you build an army to trigger Odric's ability.
Frontline Medic — since you're basically going for the Battalion effect, this guy's trigger should come in handy. Especially if you're going to run a board wipe like Martial Coup afterwards.
Silverblade Paladin — Since you'll (hopefully) be choosing how combat resolves, why not give your commander double-strike?
Door of Destinies — essentially Coat of Arms for (1) less and with a little less math. Also only buffs your own dudes, not your opponents if they happen to also be running a tribal.
Sword of Vengeance — Nice way of giving your dudes haste and trample, which you don't usually see in white.
Sword of Kaldra — Buffs Odric pretty nicely and acts as spot removal for trickier creatures to get rid of, like Ulamog or Sigarda.
Batterskull — While you're going for commander damage, might as well throw in this staple. Living weapon is the key here, as it can be another attacker to help trigger Odric's ability, and also makes a nice buff for Odric himself. Vengeance is always nice.
My Commanders:

:symu::symb: Grimgrin, Corpse-Born
:symr::symw: Tajic, Blade of the Legion
Geth, Lord of the Vault
With only 13 artifacts, Puresteel Paladin might not quite make the cut, but you do have 11 equipment. Perhaps Auriok Steelshaper would suit you better?

Crusader of Odric seems kind of weak. Post sweeper, it's going to be a 1/1.
Frontline Medic might serve you well. I heard an indestructible team increases your odds.
I'm a little surprised that you're not running Boros Elite and Elite Vanguard, being two of the more efficient 1-drop soldiers.
Cut the medic, the o-ring and a land for Boros Elite, Loyal Sentry and Glowrider. Used to have Elite Vanguard but I cut it for the Soldier of the Pantheon.
I will get the Ascendant eventually.
Frontline Medic is good, Rootborn I've tried playing but it isn't as useful as it could have been. I might throw it in eventually with Eldrazi Monument though. Or even a Faith's Reward/Second Sunrise?
I'm also considering Stax/MLD as a backup plan. Stax like Thorn of Amethyst, and MLD because I'm WW.

I'm guessing the other battle cry creatures are no good. Signal Pest seems a little weak on his own and Accorder Paladin is a bit fragile. Loxodon Partisan too high on the curve. Contested War Zone also seems
Check out Shared Triumph. It's a tribal anthem. Same downside as Crusade (it buffs opposing soldiers too), but I think you could probably live with that.
Holds equipment (ahem, no pun intended) like a champ
Buffs your team (non-tribal anthem buff) on attack
He's a soldier.
He's inexpensive at about $2 mid price
Sword of Paruns seems kind of expensive at 4/3. Is it worth the 1-turn tempo loss? I think you'd be much better off with something less expensive and more consistent.
I'm also considering Stax/MLD as a backup plan. Stax like Thorn of Amethyst, and MLD because I'm WW.
Ahh, the classic White Weenie/'Geddon deck, that takes me back. Traditionally weenie decks have had difficulty with larger creatures and big swingy spells. Armageddon is a classic answer to an age-old problem. It should serve you well. Catastrophe after that. I doubt you'll be willing to spring for Ravages of War, but if you happened to have one...
Cataclysm is questionable for MLD purposes, as it leaves everyone with a creature if they had one. Likely no good here.
I also have my doubts about Global Ruin as it's liable to leave you with 1 land, and everyone else with more.
[CARD]Harsh Mercy/CARD] might be a fun one for you. I'll keep most of my team, each of you get to keep 2 or 3 guys. Sound fair to everyone?
Along the same vein, Mass Calcify. Probably not so good at 7 mana, but trollolol!

I might think about Faith's Reward/Second Sunrise just to make my team almost unkillable, plus an eldrazi monument if I need one.
Pretty funny actually. I actually don't want to curve from 1 drop -> 2 drop -> Mirror Entity because it has lower P/T,but I do when I need to. It's good later when we have a lot of mana but we've run out of steam.
I should probably get more card draw in this deck.

I would suggest Ghostway actually. It saves from tuck and exile wraths so I would say its better as far as versatility goes. Second Sunrise also runs an issue if someone hits something like Oblivion Stone as it rezes the stone.

I should probably get more card draw in this deck.
Well, you could check out Slate of Ancestry. It'll fail you when you need it most (empty board) but when it's good, it's really good.
Had you considered Emeria, the Sky Ruin? Not quite card draw, but close enough right? Perhaps not if you're planning to 'Geddon left and right. I'm sure the CipT clause is unattractive, but when this gets online, it's very worrisome for the rest of the table.
I doubt you're looking for something with an activation cost of 8, so no Tower of Fortunes.
Memory Jar is probably a little too short term for your liking. But I thought I'd mention it anyway.
Oh, and was there some reason you didn't include Decree of Justice? It cycles and makes you soldiers, at instant speed, and can't be countered normally. Seems strong.
Do you have much trouble finding a way to bin Glory? I feel like Brave the Elements might be more consistent.

Oh right! I thought both were the same. That means it'd reze everything else that died? That would suck if it was used to dodge wraths. I'll find a slot for Ghostway and Faith's Reward then.

slate of ancestry is very nice. Memory Jar may be good? I think the Slate is better though. The Tower could actually be good if I have nothing to cast at all, but I doubt it.
I want to get an Emeria. I don't mind if I blow it up, because if I do get to run MLD my deck should have a decent board position already.
I don't have the cash for Stoneforge yet. Steelshaper could be good but so far the only 'crucial' equipment I've had is the Dead-Iron Sledge.
Glory.....yeah it hardly dies. I may just remove it completely. In fact I hardly even cast it.
I was not aware of Decree of Justice.

I frequently use Tower because it fits into a combo I frequently use that demands artifacts.
With Slate, I'm concerned about the scenario when you topdeck it post wrath. It'll be useless until you can drop at least 1 creature and still quite limited until you get at least 3.
Glory.....yeah it hardly dies. I may just remove it completely. In fact I hardly even cast it.
Yeah, I used to run it in my Saffi list (with SotF and Fauna Shaman support), but it never seemed to get passed wins-more or flying body. I doubt I'll find a use for it which is a pitty since I have the Hebrew promo.

Darien, King of Kjeldor — Nice way of preventing people from attacking you, otherwise you get a ton of soldiers.
Ranger of Eos — Tutor and card advantage.
Stoneforge Mystic / Stonehewer Giant — equipment tutors
Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Elspeth, Sun's Champion — Puts soldiers on the battlefield, and if you can get off her ultimate (either one of them) then you're in great shape
Aura of Silence — spot removal and slows down opponents.
Ghostly Prison — pillow fort!
Ghostway / Faith's Reward — protection against sweepers. Ghostway comes in particularly handy against weird removal like Cyclonic Rift, Living Death and Living End.
Swords to Plowshares / Path to Exile — staple white removal, surprised not to see these in here already!
Windbrisk Heights — synergy with Odric's ability.

On another note, Soltari Champion it's a Soldier AND an anthem.
With only 13 artifacts, Puresteel Paladin might not quite make the cut, but you do have 11 equipment. Perhaps Auriok Steelshaper would suit you better?
Perhaps another lord? Adaptive Automaton.
Save your team from a sweeper! Rootborn Defense.

A kid at my local gameshop wanted to break a twenty.
"You got 2 tens?" he asked me.
"No, but I probably got 3 fives." I replied.
"Perfect!"
"You might want to check your math there."

Check out Shared Triumph. It's a tribal anthem. Same downside as Crusade (it buffs opposing soldiers too), but I think you could probably live with that.
Soltari Champion
Sword of Paruns seems kind of expensive at 4/3. Is it worth the 1-turn tempo loss? I think you'd be much better off with something less expensive and more consistent.

Cards to get: (aside from all those new BNG soldiers!)
Shared Triumph (wow)
Armaggedon
Global Ruin
Catastrophe
Soltari Champion
Harsh Mercy

So much equipment and no Stoneforge Mystic or Steelshaper's Gift.

Yeah, I used to run it in my Saffi list (with SotF and Fauna Shaman support), but it never seemed to get passed wins-more or flying body. I doubt I'll find a use for it which is a pitty since I have the Hebrew promo.
Oh.
