I kind of love "hate bears" (Gaddock Teeg is a prime example) so here are a few. Also a 3-mana paladin because I like those too, but I'm getting sick of them all having double strike.
Muraganda Shaman :symr::symg: (R)
Creature - Human Shaman
2/2
Whenever a player taps a land for an ability other than a mana ability, Muraganda Shaman deals 2 damage to him or her.
Cairn Scarab :1mana::symg: (U)
Creature - Insect
2/2
Protection from Black creatures
When Cairn Scarab is put into your graveyard from your library, you may shuffle any number of forest cards and green cards from your graveyard into your library.
previous version:
Cairn Scarab :1mana::symg: (U)
Creature - Insect
2/2
Protection from Black
When Cairn Scarab is put into your graveyard from your library, if you control a forest, you may shuffle any number of creature cards from your graveyard into your library.
Chronowhiz :symu::symu: (R)
Creature - Human Wizard
2/2
Flash
All other creatures lose double strike, first strike and haste.
previous version:
Chronowhiz :symu::symu: (U)
Creature - Human Wizard
2/2
Flash
Creatures your opponents control lose double strike, first strike and haste.
Soulsworn Paladin :symw::symw::symw: (R)
Creature - Human Knight
2/2
First Strike, Vigilance
Whenever Soulsworn Paladin attacks, blocks, or become the target of a spell or ability controlled by an opponent, you may gain 3 life.
Cairn Scarab - I feel like it should let you shuffle in creatures upto the number of forests you control.
Chronowhiz - This should be a rare as it can shut down many creatures well before they are even played. Way to strong to be an uncommon and I think that at UU it might also be a little cheap.
Soulsworn Paladin - I think that the life gain shouldn't trigger on the attack but other than that I like the card.

I really like Chronowiz, and think it's powerful enough to be rare. To keep it at 2cmc you might remove flash (although I appreciate the flavor of it) or make it affect all creatures. A blue mage isn't as likely to use haste, first strike or double strike creatures anyways, so functionality wouldn't change much. Otherwise 1UU would probably be a safer cost.
Chronowiz is probably to agressively costed at 2 though. Does too much for that price yo.
Paladin is quite the baller, I have friends who would run this in EVERY deck they make haha

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Glad you generally like these.
chronowhiz - you're right, this can be rare. And I think it should hit all creatures too - likely not to hit your guys anyway, given that he is UU, but it should balance the card slightly.
I didn't want cairn scarab to be used in non-green decks that would just slot it in as a mill hoser. Even though that is the point of the card I wanted you to have some connection to green to play it. How about this tweak?

still a mill-hoser, but a decidedly green (or green-splashing) one. I downgraded his protection more for flavor reasons, but also because I'm trying to get away from protection on my cards.
I like the Shaman, but not the Scarab. Feels awkward in that its effect is equally black and green, but it's a green creature with pro black. Does it hate or love black.. and why?
Chronowiz does too much IMO. Way too good in combat, neuters all sorts of creature strategies AND kicks ass in combat himself.
r_e: good what I'm kind of thinking for the scarab's flavor, is it hates black almost the same way that white "hates" enchantments, in that it is surrounded by them and a master of them and so it is also best at killing them. so this little bug dude hides out in cemetaries and is so used to nasty black stuff that it can just handle it. I think the shuffling effect, while definitely can be black, in this case fits green more because it is a mill hoser, and blue and black are the mill colors. (Although blue still is, and should be, the #1 mill color, black has recently been given second or equal billing in many cases.)
so you could just look at it as a green card that hoses its natural enemies, right?
chronowhiz - I was thinking there was already a blue 2/2 for UU with flash that also had another ability, but it looks like I was wrong. There are blue bears with some impressive abilities, like Tidebinder Mage, which is a hoser itself. I really like the flavor of my guy having flash, but that probably pushes the card too much. Or I up the cost to 1UU, which is fine even though it is no longer a bear.
Maybe if the Chronowhiz only stopped haste? (Or only first and double strike?) That would still be very potent for 2 mana especially in blue, along with flash.
