Default [FS] Revividora Ramosiana (Ramosian Reviver)

I love rebels, hope there come others...

Ramosian Reviver

Creature- Human Cleric Rebel

: Return target rebel permament card with converted mana cost of 5 or less from you graveyard to play.

The Ramosian tradition lives, but the meaning of its name has been long forgotten.

EDIT: Did mi best :P thanks to everybody.

Beautiful picture but horribly boring.

I don't like it!

An exact babelfish translation other than accents: "the ramosiana tradition lives, but so that his name it has been forgotten long ago."

Into proper english, " The ramosian tradition lives, but his name has been forgotten long ago." I think.

Futureshifted. So rebels will be returning.

Ability is overcosted, card itself is overcosted. Generally a weak card.

AHhhh rebals! Its all I can say. A ressurection for rebels...okay. Thats fair considering its p/t and cost of ability.

@kami - it might be 'its name'

Actually I believe it reads "Return target Rebel card with mana cost five or less from your graveyard to play." That makes a lot of difference.

Interesting card... but isn't 6 mana for the ability a little hard to use? You'll need to have quite a bit of mana around to use it well i think.

"Regresa la carta de permanente Rebelde objetivo con coste de mana convertido de 5 o menos de tu cementerio al juego"

My spanish may be rusty, but doesnt "de tu cementerio al JUEGO" mean from your graveyard to PLAY, not to your hand?

This is only the second of the futureshifted cards I've seen that I actually like the artwork (first was Pre-release edition Korlash). It seems to fit the curve a lot better then most of 'shifted art so far.

I thought cards in the graveyard are creature cards not permanents , so shouldn't it be from play to your hand ?

Is it just me or does it look really...odd? I mean, the artist's name and collector's number at the bottom of the card seem poorly pixelated, but maybe I'm just paranoid.
Oh well, overcosted for an uncommon. The ability is reasonable because each Rebel's ability usually costs 1 more than the mana cost of the card they're trying to bring back, but it's the 2/2 p/t that ruins it.

Wait a second... "Rebel Permanent", does this mean that there will non-creature Rebel's?

Rebel lands? I can imagine that.

So, it can hit the following cards really worth playing:
Aven Riftwatcher
Big Game Hunter
Knight of the Holy Nimbus

Looks like a fairly good limited card, at least. Perhaps we'll see a Rebel in the future that is worth playing (some sort of Legendary/Champion would be nice).

Uh... perminants are only perminants in play - they're cards in the graveyard, right?
