[FS] Barren Glory (scan first post)

Hey guys, I need a little help piecing together a [FS] card I can only give you the flavor text for. I wondered if you may be able to tell me what you think it does, and we'll narrow it down from there... With each correct guess on the card itself, more info will be added to this post...

And it's done... that was easy!

Barren Glory

Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep,if you control no permanents other than Barren Glory and have no cards in hand,you win the game.

Based on the name, I'd guess it is a sorcery or instant. Sounds more like a sorcery, though.

And definitely either white or black. I'll say White at first, as the flavor text makes it sound like some sort of symmetrical removal.

Seems like a spin-off on obliterate id say but yeah removing all permanents.

I'd guess it's either destroy all permanents as wildfire said, or possibly an Armaggeddon (sp?) effect.

Oh wait, it's probably like The Cheese Stands Alone, due to that flavor text. You win the game if you don't control anything or something.
