The wierdest thing just happened. I was peacefully riding my bike through the city night, when I noticed this red sports car tearing up the streets behind me. As they passed, I heard honking and womens laughter, when suddenly BAM! A piece of crumpled up paper hit me smack in the face! I pulled over to pick it up and noticed a strange sticker held it in place.
The symbol

I quickly unfolded it and found...

If an opponent would search a library, that player searches the top four cards of that library instead.

Goodnight Dragonstorm! You've better had four very lucky topdecks. This could go beyond standard in its hosing capabilities. Searchlands? Landcycling?
Edit: Also note that this keeps Extirpate from digging deeper than four cards, your hand, and your graveyard. You can't beat the split second, but you can beat it to the punch.

Sha! you are truley lucky, look like it's happening to everyone who see's themselves as a bit of a rumor monger this season.

The card is SOOO good, Dragonstorm etc, Mystical teahings... it all suffers under this little beastie... and, it beats with evasion too!!!

And a :Thumbsup: form me too bro!

Oh, and shouldn' it be MINDcensor?

Hmmm.... not bad. Looks a bit narrow, since decks that use Court Hussar don't always use Demand, but overall, decent diruption if you can find a reliable way to put cards on top of library to bottom.....

Wow, that's a damn solid card. I'd say it has game in older formats between fetches and tutors but white seems to have better answers to those kinds of decks anyway.

Actually it's still probably good against some fetch decks like T&N. Hm. Also it would ruin block green decks that try to survive off search for tomorrow and terramorphic expanse.

Is this the Invitational Card? It pretty much sounds like it, and a Ruel Aven would be fun.

Cool card though and could be used against some combo Decks.

I think this card would do a fair bit against quite a number of strategies. Searching a library is fairly common - "search your library" has 238 entries in Gatherer, not to mention cards that search the library using some other term. But consider Shadow of Doubt. This card COMPLETELY shuts down a library search, not just limiting it to the top 4 cards, and draws you a card. It only sees play in sideboards from what I've seen. So I think the aven would be playable in white sideboards in Standard, but even then it's not a true lock, and not much of a win condition either.

Heh, we'll see. Dragonstorm seems to have survived Shadow of Doubt, which shuts it down entirely in either black or blue, for less mana than this.
