Not bad... it's a bit pricey, but his ability is quite powerful... too expensive for Legacy, maybe extended?

Immediate thoughts: Deathrender. The gift that keeps on giving.

...and, of course, Ferret beat me to it.

A very solid giant for W/r giant decks. 5cc 4/4 is acceptable, and the insta-quipment for 1W seems really good. Obviously works well with the warrior axe-hasty thingy. Bring 'em on!

Oh well, they can't all be winners.

His ability seems like something out of Mirroden block, when Equiptment was all new and shiny. I'm underwhelmed.

Another meh. There just aren't any overwhelming equipments. Warhammer, sure, but I don't see this getting any play. Not a solid win and cost a whopping five mana. Yuck

4/4's for 5 may be above white's usual curve, but for constructed magic that just doesn't cut the mustard. It does have a fairly powerful ability, but it is one that requires A) that the creature live a full turn, B) that you commit more mana to an already 5-mana monstrosity, and C) that you are playing equipment in your deck that is worth tutoring up and equipping.

I mean, turn 3 drop this with a little accel (birds/elves into whatever), turn 4 swing, fetch up a warhammer, 14-point life swing seems nice and all. But how often is that going to happen, really?

This is an example of R&D being too cautious with White whereas they seem to want to push the boundaries in black, green and blue.

Why does this need a tap symbol given the cost?

Another "equipment for white" card that still won't help white in the least.

Immediate Thoughts: Jitte in Extended. As if GBW needed a reason to run the pointy stick of uber-broken-ness...

Well as said since it puts it into play its actually somewhat decent. The big problem is hoping it survives for a turn to use its ability.
