When ~ CITP, target player discards a card for each creature devoured by Tar Fiend.

Spoiler:

How to Bake a Cake:

Lay FUTURE SIGHT onto a bread sheet and leave its second ability in the bag....

Turn it into an Artifact Creature for about 360 degrees

Slice off (U)(U) to make sure it's balanced right.

Add in a teaspoon of Volrath's Shapeshifters main ability.

But place VS ability onto the FUTURE SIGHT spot instead of the true VS spot.

Now add in the a sprinkle of SLIVER ability as long as we are revealing an Artifact or a Creature on top.

and then cook for exactly (1)/(3) minutes.

Etherium Astrolabe 1u (My guess, thought it might be the 360 degrees clue)
Artifact Creature
Play with the top card of your library revealed.
As long as ~ is in play and the top card of your library is a creature or artifact card, ~ has the full text of that card and has its abilities.

Hmmm....I am almost sure that Etherium Astrolabe is by no means a name for an artifact creature....

My guess on the name of the cake guy is Filigree Sages or Etherium Sculptor none of the others sound like wizards. My money's on Etherium Sculptor, as I think we have the art for the Sages showing them to be vedalkin. Also, it just fits the abilities better.

As long as ~ is in play (and the top card of your library is an artifact (or?) creature?), it has the full text of the top card of your library and has the text "Play with the top card of your library revealed"
If the top card of your library is an artifact (or?) creature, all other creatures are copies of ~.

for some reason i really want to use this with rocket launcher and saproling tokens in casual (with using Sensei's Divining Top to make sure that the rocket launcher stays on top of the library but is never drawn)
