Notes:
1) Karrthus and Darigaaz are interchangeable as the general. Karrthus is probably the better choice, but I've been a huge fan of Darigaaz ever since he was printed. It all depends on who I'm playing.
2) Card suggestions are aways welcome, but please keep in mind that this list is using only cards that I physically own.
you might want to change the General to Karrthus, Tyrant of jund if your goal is to be a dragon based deck. Only reason I say this, is because right now your deck would be screwed if someone played a Karrthus against you.
Also, discard in multi-player is usually bad politics... so unless you want to be the first target on the table, I would get rid of the discard. Unless of course this deck is intended for duels?

Hrmmm... interesting points...
Would you suggest adding Karrthus only as the general, or do you think it would be enough just having him in there with the multiple tutors... I like the idea of him being in the graveyard and getting him out with Bladewing the Risen, Animate Dead, or something like that.
Regardless of where, I think Karrthus need a place in the deck.

I think he would be better off as the General, but that is just my opinion, others might have differing opinions on this matter. But yes, he definitely needs to be in this deck.

I would definately play Karrthus over Darigaaz as the general.
- Karrthus has 7 power, needing just three combat steps for a general damage kill. Haste helps to speed up this clock enormously.
- He gives all your other dragons haste, and that's especially relevant considering all the dragons you're playing with.
- He steals all your opponent's dragons. If nothing else, it will pick off changelings.

Hrmm.... you just make three very good points for dumping Darigaaz for Karrthus. Well, not dumping him per-se, but relegating him to a more supporting role.
Slightly OT, but I still think it's BS that I didn't get one Karrthus in two boxes of Reborn. No, I got three Defiler of Souls instead.
I would go so far as to say that card really isn't all that good. HOWEVER, on that note, I would argue that this deck does need Jund Charm and Darigaaz's Charm

Urza's Incubator to reduce casting costs. Dragon Arch to get those multicolored dragons into play faster. And the name even fits the theme! Defense of the Heart to help search up some dragons.
Mana Flare was chosen over Mana Reflection for a couple of reasons:
1) 3 mana instead of 6
2) By throwing a bone to my opponent/s, it is less likely to be a top pick for their removal... at least in the short term.
3) Not very important, but I really, really disliked the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor blocks.
I do not agree that Dragonstorm should be in this deck. With the average casting costs of this deck being mid to high, and Dragonstorm being 9 mana, this will rarely go off for more than 1 or 2 dragons. Even with Mana Flare active. I think a better pick would be Evilempire22's suggestion of Defense of the Heart. 4 mana for a card that guarantees me two fattie dragons. Or a late game monstrous Lord of Extinction.
Cauldron Dance is a card I have been trying to fit in there. It just hasn't found a home yet. Breath of Darigaaz was in the initial build of the deck, but I took it out to make room for other cards.

Quest for the Gemblades: How often do you come up against an opponent with a creature that can block one of your dragons that you haven't already taken care of? Seems too narrow to me.
Backlash: I used to play this (and similar cards) in a deck of the same colors as yours, and they just never seemed to work for me. It would be cool if you could tap a huge Lord of Extinction, but I would rather have something else in this slot.
Mox Diamond: You are already running light on land for a mana-intensive deck...and this card requires you to discard a land.
Fledgling Dragon: How often do you get threshold with this deck?
Decimate: Requires all 4 targets, which can sometimes be difficult depending on how many people in your game.
Syphon Soul: Gains you like 6-8 life? I realize it can be copied with Mirari, but how often do you have both?
And now, suggestions for other cards I didn't see in your deck that you should play if you have them:
coming from a pretty successful karrthus deck you need him as a general he is just too good to only be in the deck. also i saw no mention of tooth and nail only one of the most important green edh cards.right now im playing a mana ramp based karrthus deck, point of it is to hit 10 mana after that you have no problem playing anything in the deck. other suggestion would be to invest a few bucks into a cabal coffers and an urborg, tomb of yawgmoth they seem like cheaty face cards but turn 5 tooth and nail is always devastating and usually wins games a few creatures to maybe think about is eternal witnessriftsweeperkiki jiki, mirror breaker and duplicant kinda hard to deal with akroma, angel of wrath with the color scheme other than blowing everything up. other game wining card sudden spoiling basically says swing with giant flying dudes =win? if you want later i can post my deck so you can pull ideas from it.
Flameblast dragon is one of the best dragons EVER and needs a spot. If you have tricks to get around hard casting it, Scourge of Kher Ridges is also amazing. The Breath of Malfegor doesn't touch creatures and seems like an appropriate swap for the Breath of Darigaaz which can also be used as a player finisher and is STILL cheaper to cast and gives you the option of knocking out a bunch of elves or wizards or goblins or something, early in the game for only 1R. Even though he RFGs your dudes (which I think you can get around if you can find a way to sac em before EOT) the Zirilan of the Claw is still an amazing way to fetch and play huge dragons. My FAVORITE dragon card is this little guy, Dragon Master Outcast only costs one red and makes a 5/5 flying dragon every turn and can start pumping them out quick with green's land acceleration. Even if he's just a lightning rod, it might pull that piece of removal that would otherwise have zapped your Dragonspeaker Shamman
Just some suggestions

Would like to add a Hellkite Charger, but don't have one right now.

Mana Reflection! Now thats a card. Why play Mana Flare and give your opponents more mana? I think this is a better choice.
Cauldron Dance needs to be in here.
What kind of Darigaaz deck doesn't run Breath of Darigaaz ?
I would go so far as to say that card really isn't all that good. HOWEVER, on that note, I would argue that this deck does need Jund Charm and Darigaaz's Charm

Defense of the Heart to help search up some dragons.
I really want to build a dragon deck now

I just found a Jund Charm in a box of cards that I'd like to get in there, and I agree that Darigaaz's Charm would be a good fit, too.
Nice, I want all three of those cards.
So now here's a list of card I would like to wedge into the deck somehow.
Cauldron Dance
Jund Charm
Darigaaz's Charm
Urza's Incubator
Dragon Arch
Defense of the Heart
Now I need to cut 6 cards to find room for these...
Here are some suggestions for what I would cut:
Quest for the Gemblades: How often do you come up against an opponent with a creature that can block one of your dragons that you haven't already taken care of? Seems too narrow to me.
Backlash: I used to play this (and similar cards) in a deck of the same colors as yours, and they just never seemed to work for me. It would be cool if you could tap a huge Lord of Extinction, but I would rather have something else in this slot.

Syphon Soul: Gains you like 6-8 life? I realize it can be copied with Mirari, but how often do you have both?
And now, suggestions for other cards I didn't see in your deck that you should play if you have them:
Demonic Tutor
Creeping Mold
Mark of Mutiny: Another Threaten effect
Relic Crush
Elvish Piper: If he sticks, you are golden.
Also, it just feels like your deck needs more mana, and I am not really feeling all the Regrowth effects...Maybe replace those with some more lands and/or mana creators like Birds of Paradise, Utopia Tree, Darksteel Ingot, Coalition Relic, Obelisk of Jund, Mana Vault, etc.
Hope that helps!
