The deck begins to pack more utility into the frame rather than lots of redundant effects the result is a somewhat less consistant game and a lot more fun
Now you might not play in a counter heavy environment, but I would include at least one (Vexing Shusher or Boseiju).
I'd cut all the direct burn you have below Flame Javelin power level. Wort attracts more hate then you'd think, so when you get him out, cast spells that count. While something like Magma Jet does become slightly less inefficient when conspired, there are just many many better burn cards out there. Personally I'd cut Flame Javelin as well, but its ok if you are limited in selection.
Urza's Rage would be a good middle ground card to go for. It's 3 damage if you desperately need it, and a big finisher otherwise.
You could probably replace Blaze or Disintegrate with Volcanic Geyser (instant speed). Not vitally important, but instant speed can make a huge difference.
I'd try to include Broodmother Dragon in your list and possibly Verdant Force. Both have good board presence and produce tokens.
Normally Wort decks take two routes, heavy tokens, or heavy big spells. You seem to be going heavy creature, with a medium token splash.
I'm not going to step out and say there is anything wrong with that, it is just different. You might not be trying to rely on Wort, or have your reasons.
Either way, I'd auto include cards like Decree of Savagery and Vitalizing Winds. Your creatures/tokens turn into monsters when one of these are conspired. Doubling Season is another card to look at.
I wouldn't normally include Mana Reflection and Mana Flare together, it's a tad overkill IMO. You're missing out on a lot of straight mana ramp cards (artifacts or cards like Skyshroud Claim) which help accelerate to a faster wort, help to recast wort when she dies and propels your deck more consistently then relying on Mana Flare.
I think you need to look at your creatures and decide if you really need some of them, and what you are trying to accomplish with them.
I am only counting 1 land destruction spell ( the Dues ), I don't think this is enough. How about Wake of Destruction? I'd also cut most of the nonbasics that aren't fetches and run Ruination.
Undying Flames seems really greedy, especially with all the low casting cost stuff. It seems like you would deck yourself before you dealt anywhere close to 40 to all the people at the table. If you really want an epic spell, try the green one instead (Endless Swarm or something). At least that way, if you conspire it, you get 14 1/1s a turn.
Thanks for the tips. All of those are really good ideas.
My build probably isn't the best since i mostly play duels with it, I don't have a strong edh group to play multiplayer with.
alot of the card choices were made with limited selection. I built the deck with what i had and ive been grabbing good stuff for it whenever i can for a while.
I have been quite impressed by Incediary Command when it is conspired. You can more or less reset the board by doing 4 damage to everything. While you're at it you can destroy 2 non basic lands or dome some guy for 8. It seems quite powerful.
I would also suggest Manamorphose. When you conspire it, you actually net 2 mana and draw 2 cards. And it lets you fix your mana on the off chance that you're totally color hosed.
Finally, if you can get it, Crush of Wurms is very fun. Nothing makes people scoop quite like 6 6/6 creatures, with the threat of 6 more next turn (or in a few turns)
I'm REALLY liking Kiki Jiki. having her essentially means if i draw Primal command I win. because i can Fetch Jiki and Eternal witness to recurr it every turn and Plow Under my op for the rest of the game.
