you should put in Slippery bogle
has a kill spell evasion, yet you can target it with enchanments. Plus hes adorable!
Another addition i would say is simic guildmage to move auras, and the +1/+1 counters around. Nice for messing up math in my head. The other guildmages you should give a look at too.
Plus i would drop aurmancer's guise for Ancestral mask. While you lose vigilance, and its other enchanmets, the mask has a better chance to get bigger.
Overall though i like that deck. Ecpically the trick with the simic guild and +1/+1 counters....

EDH/Commander is a social format, right? So why don't people use their social skills to discuss what they like and don't like, instead of adopting a list with 60+ banned cards?
Just a curious mind, adiox: why do you not run chord of calling, cryptic command or capsize (way better than Repeal? I like your list, but is it meant more for 1 v.1?
@ Numotflame96: just my personal opinion, but i would replace favor of the overbeing and shield of the oversoul with murkfield liege and wilt-leaf liege. I understand your reason fo running enchantments, but most of the removal in the format are sweepers or RFG targeted effects. Getting your board wiped and losing all the enchantments just seems bad to me. Rancor would be good, as it is returned to your hand when it goes in the yard. Also, had you ever thought of using Juniper Order Ranger. He makes big guys fast.

hey check out my jenara deck in my sig...my goal is basically play her and protect her....in the mean time while jenara is out, i have loam abusers, tunnel vision combo, and yosei lockdown

I don't see tunnel vision in your list though! Am I missing it?
Yosei... what's the combo there? The karmic guide thing? So you recur saffi / karmic guide with reveillark to get back yosei... but how do you sac yosei? I'm a bit confused... sorry. Walkthrough maybe? Is it easy to assemble? Seems like any time you draw survival that's what you go for, eh?

persist cards are fun with +1 +1 counters. I recommend at least putting in woodfall primus.
also, chorus of the conclave, shape of the wiitigo, twincast, meddling mage, alexi's cloak (for the surprise factor), heartwood shard, steelshaper apprentice, celectial crusader, stir the pride, all come to mind. they might not make the cut, but they come to mind...
Well, this won't be a great help and sure is off topic, but I have to ask you something.
I don't see the point in playing Jenara as general when you have access to Rafiq. Rafiq is such a great general. With some kind of acceleration he hits on turn three while equipping him on turn four to sword of fire and ice / light and shadow, Jitte, Warhammer or enchanting him with steel of the godhead / shield of the oversoul and swing for at least 10 damage (with noble hierarch, quasali pride mage and so on even more). Also he affects creatures which are already in play even if he can't attack for himself at the turn he hits the field.
And what does Jenara? You have to spend mana to make it big and it doesn't benefit your other creatures. When it gets killed, you start from the beginning. I would even play Angus Mackenzie as general to fog the opponent down rather then Jenara.
Don't get me wrong. Jenara sure is a great card. But it would make more sense to leave Jenara in the deck and take Rafiq out as general.
Personally I play a Jenara build. The reason I chose Jenara over Rafiq is that I don't like being put into a position where my general is the only way I can win. I always like relying on my deck more than my General. Don't get me wrong the general is important but, while being recurrable, your general is only 1 card and your deck is 99. That's just my personal take on the issue though.
Jenara's counter ability is another reason I really like her, and the fact that she has evasion. Late game, like when you may need to rely on your general to win, her evasion is far more desirable than just a double striking land beast late game. Then you can also make her bigger with all that mana you have sitting there. She's really an amazing General.

I think this deck could go one of several ways:
1.) introduce life from the loam and the three on-color cycler lands, and go with the land-centric build.
2.) go heavier on artifacts / tolarian academy, and get crop rotation and worldly tutor in there. Maybe even a weathered wayfarer? This could jive with #1, actually. I think more artifacts are in my future here.

4.) Go harder into counterspells and control.
5.) Go into token swarm mode with garruk, etc.
6.) Focus on the "UW skies" approach and put pride of the clouds, battle screech, spectral procession and the like in there, along with opposition and static orb for lock pieces.
7.) Stasis lock .dec?
