Needs moar Fissure and I think Shattering Spree could leave for Ruination. The heretic and pulse both make up for the loss

If you think you have enough sacrificing effects, try Deathrender as another equipment. If you sac the fetched dragon and it hits graveyard, you get a free creature.

Have you tried Reiterate? It's pretty nice drawing extra cards, destroying creatures/permenants, etc. You're opponent will think twice after they see it the first time, but that's good for you (they're cautious and on tilt).
In my experience, the Megaliths have not worked very well in this format. The CIPT can be crippling and the 1 damage doesn't do much. I'd try the Shivan Gorge, if you have it.
Thran Forge. Gets around COP: Red, Akroma, Sphinx of the Steel Wind and combos beautifully with all the artifact destruction in red.
Draco. Many times I leave big Z untapped for defence to pop cards like Draco into play if an opponent has the aformentioned akroma or sphinx out.
Goblin Charbelcher. Usually gets destroyed but wrecks when not. Gets around pro-red.
Seething Song. Granted, it's power lessened in EDH but nonetheless always seems to come in handy for me.
My deck is really mana hungry I wish I had a Gauntlet!
With my deck in a large multiplayer game, I'm usually torn between who to attack, as it can usually kill a single opponent rather quickly. 2-player it's no prob but larger I dunno if i should spread around the damage or kill 1 guy or what. Alot of times if I kill 1 guy I'll get ganged upon as they see how efficiently it can work, if I spread I usually just leave to many people in the game for too long. What's your strategy?
Also, been thinking of adding a Thousand-Year Elixir as I always want to untap Z or the Heretic or KJ and crush.

i run a safe haven, for 2 mana u can remove the search card from the game, then another, then after a couple of turns sac the heaven ta-da .. a bunch of permanent dragons
also thran lens gives u answers against pro red
another card i like to include in my edh is null brooch.. fking awesome .. counters in mono red are fun!.. especially if u have something that recycles ure graveyard.
On Safe Haven: It has several hits against it. It does not tap for mana, it's activation requires mana, recovering the creatures requires dropping it, and (biggest thing), it has a timing restriction on saccing. Way to easy for me to put a couple dragons under it and then get it hit by Wasteland.
On Cryptic Gateway: It's good in more swarmy decks, but I'm never going to have a prodigious dragon count, in play or in hand, and I'd never want to tap them for aught other than red-zoning.
First post updated with current list while I'm at it.
That's more the slot that Aggravated Assault and Gratuitous Violence are in. Considering how much I use the dragons for utility purposes (sweepers, point removal, etc.) and how that makes it so everyone is able to kill my generall really easily, I don't think it's worth an include.
Instead of Safe Haven, try Synod Sanctum. Not only does it put away dragons, it can save artifacts, enchantments, lands, even either version of chandra. On top of that, it can turn red's threaten-type-temporarily-gain-control-effects (I prefer Word of Seizing) into permanently gaining control.
And the necrolympics continue, this one 11 months. Necro warning.

3RR,t your general: does not equal free.
Madblind Mountain or a Mountain should be Keldon Megaliths.
Since you're mono red, I think Coalition Relic should be Worn Powerstone. I play relic in all my decks except for mono colored decks, where the stone is better.
I'm not a fan of these either:
1 Coldsteel Heart
1 Fire Diamond
1 Prismatic Lens
1 Mind Stone
1 Heart of Ramos
1 Darksteel Ingot
Getting only one mana out of it isn't worth it to me... I'd prefer Sisay's Ring, Ur-Golem's Eye, Ruby Medallion, Solem Simulacrum, Basalt Monolith, etc. I'd suggest running a Temple of the False god as well.
Have you tried Reiterate? It's pretty nice drawing extra cards, destroying creatures/permenants, etc. You're opponent will think twice after they see it the first time, but that's good for you (they're cautious and on tilt).

I have some EDH cards and rare Magic basic lands (APAC, EURO, ARENA, etc) so message me if you're looking.

In my experience, the Megaliths have not worked very well in this format. The CIPT can be crippling and the 1 damage doesn't do much. I'd try the Shivan Gorge, if you have it.
I'd add some colorless draw effects. Illuminated Folio, Farsight Mask, Urza's Blueprints, Jayemdae Tome. Even stuff like Armillary Sphere gives red some desperately needed CA.
Scuttlemutt can save you pro-red woes.
Thran Forge. Gets around COP: Red, Akroma, Sphinx of the Steel Wind and combos beautifully with all the artifact destruction in red.

And I don't know how you are for mana when you play, but I always reccoment Extraplanar Lens for mono-colored decks.
