I'll try to make this accurate with my flu-addled brain. I freely admit I'm putting LoA at number 1 because in my weakened state it is easiest to be a sheep and follow the crowd. I have no experience with the card so I take it on faith that you know what you are talking about

That was hard (that's what she said)
I see that Mind twist was the original U20, I'm not sure if I would rat Mint Twist at first or Recurring Nightmare at first. It really close for me.
A couple things:
1.) You have Thawing Glaciers twice: At #8 and at #1.
2.) Mind Twist was a U20, and the numbers show that Demonic Tutor and Recurring Nightmare kind of stole votes from each other (and rightly so), possibly strengthening Mind Twist's hold on #1 for Black. However, this can all get altered (also taking into account any M10 changes) when we have the weeklong Overall Top 20 vote. The candidates are based off of any card that had a composite of 10 or higher, I'll post that list when I close Lands and will allow a full week for voting.
Silent Edge's Tidbits of Wisdom: The Lewis Theory - When the presence of a single card makes every other card in your deck better (see Lewis, Ray). The Rubber Edict - You'd rather have it and not use it, than need it and not have it. The Shotgun Wedding - Don't commit early unless you absolutely have to.
We have 9 votes total right now -- I'd like to get a minimum of 12. I was going to close it this morning, but I'm thinking I'll have to close it tomorrow morning so we can get a good number of votes in. The lowest vote total we've had was the first one, Black which had 12 votes -- so I'm making that the minimum number to keep things as even as possible.

I'm sure I'll get the phone book when I post the Overall Top 20. Which by the way, is strictly limited to the cards listed. There won't be any "blind nominations" as there were during the first groups (where people listed any card from any color).
I'm curious if the Overall Top 20 is going to be as difficult as any single color -- part of me thinks it'll be natural for the first 3 to 5 cards, but it'll be the infamous, and now notorious 11 thru 20 that'll stick it to the voters.

oh yeah... i totally agree. i'm actually quite excited about compiling that specific top 20. i don't think there should be write in's allowed in that vote. it doesn't make sense to be able to write in a card. if a write in didn't make it to the initial top 20, then why should it be in this one?
i actually don't even think the first 3-5 cards will be that easy. i think the first 1-2, maybe 3 will come natural. and then like 4-20 will be absolutely brutal.
If Pringlesman doesn't post his Thawing Glaciers fix soon, I'm gunna put Sorrow's Path as his 1-pointer.
@ Calibretto: Absolutely. Only cards who had a composite of 10+ will be listed. Absolutely no write-ins -- everyone had their chance for that. I was going to do Top 5 from every group, but there were some dandies who received good votes outside the Top 5, so the 10+ Composite made the most sense. Yeah, I know Yawgmoth's Will got a 9.9 -- there's always next time.

I don't draft too much color specific fixing P1P1. I'm actually wondering if I should have put fetches higher than duals, because they only require you to play one of the two colors to be useful (assuming you grab a dual or shock in that color).

Alright kids, the Land Results, Fantastic Voters and TURF is located here.
Before we get into the Overall Top 20 Voting, there is one simple ground rule. You can only vote for the cards listed below. These are the cards which received a Voter Composite of 10 and higher. Absolutely NOwrite in votes will be accepted or counted. If you add a write-in, you'll be asked to replace it. It took a few weeks to compose the cards listed below, and enough people voted on them for me to safely say there is not a single "fluke" card on the list. The cards on the list earned it, and while there are a few cards in the 9.5 - 9.9 range, they didn't get an average vote of 10 for one reason or another, so their non-inclusion is justified.
I'm looking forward to solid, if not great participation. Voting will be open for a solid week until next Thursday, June 18th. Results, Voters and TURF will be posted no later than Friday, June 19th by 12PM Pacific.

If not, then why didn't it get a composite of at least 10 during the Group Voting?
No. Not gifts Given.
I don't know why people vote the way they do. I can't control that.
I value Mox Diamond and Grand Coliseum very, very high. They would both make my top 20 list for sure. But I can't vote for 'em because other people don't like 'em? Oh well.
You and Calibretto did in fact rate Mox Diamond very high, and now that we've had discussion (post vote of course), I value it more. It did get a composite of 5.8, and as one poster mentioned (I can't remember who, and I'm too lazy to find it) it didn't rank high on their list because they didn't play with it because they can't get their hands on one. It may suffer from some of the other cards that are in the "tough to procure" range. I have one and play it, and I liked it when I voted, but as I said, I value it more now. In addition, there are cards that got ranked very well that I've got to look into, and we're going to eventually revisit these rankings, and at that time I'm positive a lot of my personal rankings are going to change (Mox Diamond is at the top of that list).
It's interesting that you ranked Grand Coliseum higher than City of Brass. Although, you only ranked it one spot lower than Coliseum. But for the record, Coliseum only received 2 other votes -- both at 3 points.
So, again, I feel your point. Completely. But again, this is a corresponding point versus the Rude Awakening discussion earlier post-Green and around Red's voting. While it's easy to agree that both cards are good, this is the general consensus. I know Calibretto and I had the same feeling on why Eternal Dragon wasn't ranked higher because of it's land search and recurring ability. I personally gave it a 10 (as white's power is really good), but it didn't even get a 5.0 on its composite. I'm not saying that it would've made my Top 20, but I do understand where you're coming from.
The main point here is to rank the Top X cards that got a good percentage of the votes. Allowing write-ins at this point is going to skew that. I agree with you 110% that there are cards I wish I could write in, but in general did not receive a 10+ composite. The Overall Top 20 will give us the general consensus of what cards will be taken P1P1. And I'm sure more discussion will spur, beginning with your post.
Know that I agree with you, but at the very least, acknowledge the main goal here which includes 20+ different voters. I'm not saying you're in any way wrong or incorrect, but we're trying to find the Top 20 of the highest ranked cards.
That's why I posted the top 20 off of the list you provided. However, I think that there are a few cards that deserve to be on the top 20 list that can't be because other people don't like 'em. No big deal.
