I really don't think Lightning Bolt is too powerful for standard right now. If it's being reprinted, obviously Wizards agrees.

I don't think it's true...but time will tell. I already don't want to face against Mono red burn in Extended...with Lightning Bolt back? ::shudders::

I'm surprised they'd reprint Lightning Bolt, but it makes me happy. M10 is going to be Old Skool. I love it!

Seems like it will be a functional reprint to me. Centaur is much more generic than Nessian for a Core Set, so it would make sense to me.

What? Lightning Bolt? Incinerate and Shock are already great cards and are in current print... I can't believe that. Even 'three damage to target creature' would be great for R. This seems a crazy move.

I bet a lot of people will be happy to see that back, though.

That's...enormous news, if not a false lead. I will forgive WotC any and all sins if they reprint Bolt(@ common, hopefully).

We already have enough names that show that Nessian Courser wouldn't be out of place in M10 (Serra Angel, Shivan Dragon, Kalonian Behemoth, Xathrid Demon), so I think that if they wanted the Courser in M10, they'd simply reprint him as such. I suspect the Centaur Courser to be a different card.

Yeah, we got an extremely powerful spell that deals 4 damage at instant speed for rrr. Surely we can make it deal one less damage and cut rr from its mana cost.

And yeah, I'm being sarcastic.

I really hope they know what they're doing here.

The link is totally legit. We haven't had names for most of the known arts before.

A few notes:
-Cudgel Troll is in the green Intro pack.
-Honor of the Pure is a promo for buying boxes of M10.
-'Golden Lotus' is 'Sunpetal Grove'...still almost surely a multicolor land, IMO.

Does anyone think bolt might be uncommon?
Anyway, I think WoTC is making red good now...just by giving it back its old tools.
PtE is really good. With that in the mix, I don't see how bolt is too good.

I'm actually hoping for uncommon. It would blow hard to go against any R/x player in limited with the six-booster pack start.
