I am pleased, I just got a playset of these but haven't built anything with them yet. W/X control is losing Wrath, I may be able to weenie-combo and use this lady as part of it.

Any thoughts on synergies with other M10 cards?

Good reprint. Should have never been turned into an uncommon anyway. Too bad Aluren and Cavern Harpy are no longer Extended legal

Yay, I liked Essence Warden, but not in Elf-Ball - I like my stuff far more aggressive in the Ball. However she makes for a decent 1 drop in many white decks. Also helpful in some of my Orzhov decks that bled me as well as my enemy. Not exactly shaking the foundations of heaven and earth, but whatever, it's nice.
