Land Tax, Scroll Rack & the Memorial are all on my trade list so they are gonna go in if I ever find them. I try to not spend over 5 on a single if I can avoid it.

this general is pretty bad, since there are so many others to play. only thing i can see it being good for is if you pumped it with enchants/equipment and win with general dmg, since it has pro creatures your opponents can't block.

Storm Herd can be pretty devastating with all the anthem effects white has. You could run that with Akroma's Memorial for a nasty surprise.
