And as for that debated this Pathee Academy Of the Gifted and Natural Science senior started when she given a human dock worker strongman a second chance to reconsider his bidding style with the human "who's obviously wasn't another pirate."
A correction that clarifies why its a simple converted mana casting cost for the exerted energy necessary to perform this more simple movement creating the resulting function.
(My favorite rating in the challenge thread so far is 3.1416....)

Ok I guess I have to induce that to block my or Luk's Altar Guard with the meddler (still surviving, your doggie blocking y'kno, couldn't choose a second blocker until play a spell or activated an ability by tapping!! (Hence one gone a turn and when the tough (2/4) meddling wizzy sing the crunchy song,) (c'mere little doggie I don't like you.)

Nobody understands what Private War is supposed to do! This new card is no better.

Since Radiate doesn't work the way you want it to, let me talk about this straight up. So with Woodland Changeling in play how much of a pump is that? This is the problem, you can never to ask how many creature types are in play because this requires players to know how many types exist. Now about radiate:

The assumption is that anyone can pay 2 to copy it so that everything gets that pump. This is broken, because if I control three attacking creatures including a changeling and you block two creatures, I play this and win. There are well more than 20 creature types.
