its a combo deck using Sanguine Bond + Eternity Vessel/Obelisk of Alara

Open the Vault + Sphinx of Lost Truths/Obelisk of Alara/Esper Charm makes it easier to do the combo since OTV reanimates Artifact and Enchanments..

its a little bit slow for a combo deck..that's why i main board 8 Creature control cards to buy time..

2 Oblivion Ring
2 Scourglass

Borderpost will help you fix mana color and bring back a land into your hand to activate Vessel..

this is still an idea since i haven't play test it yet..but i think it will work since it's only a 2 card combo deck..

what do you think guys?

It's not a combo... it's a bombo.

Eternity Vessel don't make you gain any life.
It just sets your life to a certain number... which isn't life gain effect... so it doesn't trigger Sanguine Bond.

If you want a good combo, use Sanguine Bond + Blood Tribute. Now, you're getting somewhere close a 2.5 cards kill combo.

Eternity Vessel does work with Sanguine Bond. It's rule 215.5.

215.5. If an effect sets a player's life total to a specific number, the player gains or loses the necessary amount of life to end up with the new total.

it most certainly does trigger sanguine bond. if your at 1 life, and your trigger vessel making your life 20, thats a gain of 19 life.

I liked your deck until I realized what it was trying to do. Honestly? I don't think you should try too hard with SangBond if you want a deck that can survive side boarding.

But seriously, I think the rest of it is on to something. Very good potential control deck, if it had a different win-con (a stable one).

thanks for the comment guys..will try to play with it 1st then change if its not good..

since faeries are out of standard, i do think that making new deck is easier.
