Opinions? It has multiple wincons, but I personally like Tooth and Nail for Lorthos and Kalonian Behemoth. Eye of the Storm with Time Stretch under it is also good times
I'd probably drop 1 mana leak for an isochron scepter, it seems like you have enough <2 CMC cards to use it.

Complaining about card prices accomplishes nothing. Read some Medina articles, learn to trade better, don’t act like the only way to do ANYTHING in this game is to price out decks and buy every single you ever need.
I was considering that for a while; the only problem is I don't own (and can't get my hands on) a Scepter. And after looking at it again for targets for the Scepter, I do have really good targets. I'm surprised I never noticed that before.
I play this same general and here are a few cards for you to look at as possible inclusions:
Wood Elves - I like this better than tribe elder or the faerie dude. Yeah, it only searches for a Forest card but it puts it into play untapped which is valuable sometimes.
Skyshroud Claim - Same thing. I feel it's better than Kodama's Reach as the lands come into play untapped. In my deck, I'm running real duals and rav duals, so I have plenty of targets for both. Obviously, if you don't have access to the real ones (I do see the rav's in there), these two cards probably aren't worth it since you don't run enough Forest cards that produce your other colors.
Solemn Simulacrum - Dude is awesome. Mana accel and card draw is worth it, especially since he can be played with colorless mana to help grab a color you may need.
Coiling Oracle - You should be able to scrounge up and make room for this guy, he's pretty bonkers. He's one of the reasons I went G/U in the first place. With Sylvan Library or Top (which you chose not to play) you can dictate which of his effects happens, but he's often just great on turn two w/o prior knowledge.
Time Stop - Obliterate is just a jerk of a card. No doubt about it. I see you don't have it, and I applaud you for it. But other people do have it and Time Stop puts an end to it. Mindbreak Trap is another card that answers Obliterate and all blue EDH decks should be running one or the other.
Decimate - For style points. Anybody who can't appreciate pulling this card off shouldn't be playing EDH. Include at your own risk, but it's a barrel of laughs when you get to cast it. Note: It actually improved since it was printed. Now, you can target the same permanent if that perm meets the criteria for two different card types IE an artifact land. Also, I do believe it used to fizzle if one of the targets disappeared upon resolution, now it resolves as best it can, destroying all the target that remain. I may be wrong on this though.

Yeah, I don't run enough Forest/X lands to choose these, although if I did I definetly would use both.

I don't play him simply because I don't have him :/

Ironically, I have none. He's too good not to play though, I agree.

Yeah, I need more spells that counter uncounterable stuff. Like Venser.
