1 Mistform Sliver could be Mothdust Changeling. With this being the only true Sliver in your deck, all it does is cost 1 more and give your opponent's Slivers an ability. And Mothdust can Jump!

Clone-killing opponent's generals has never been so easy. Vesuvan Doppleganger and Vesuvan Shapeshifter are also good if you can get them. Static Orb/Winter Orb-watch opponents get locked down by your many armed army! Also you can consider Howling Mine (since you can turn that off at the end of your turn)

No, it's a matter of timestamp. They're all in the same layer, so all effects that give flying after the Decree hits the table work. All that gave them flying before not, but hey, can't have it all

Gomazoa has the cephs crushed when it comes to tentacles.
