Glissa is back with a vengeance! A vengeance against cold steel! The deck turns permanents into artifacts and Glissa can do her thing again and again and again!
I need to add 1x Myr Landshaper and 1x Thran Forgefor more turn-into-artifact options. I don't think the one-shot items are worth playing. Also, I think I will need Planar Portal because I can't search for artifacts. Any tips are GREATLY appreciated!
Well since your version isn't too far from mine, I might be able to throw your version together and see how it performs. As said, it seems like a pretty sturdy deck, but it seems to somewhat revolve around getting Mycosynth Lattice into play, unless i'm looking at this the wrong way.
Ok, After testing and looking at the deck list, two ideas come to mind.
1.) Theres only 99 cards in the deck. Generals are supposed to be excluded from the overall deck total of 100.
2.) Now something a little more positive and creative. Since there is one open deck slot, drop the Sapseed Forest and the remaining card slot for Shield and Sword of Kaldra. Since you already have the helm in the deck, why not have some fun and go along with the story of Glissa assembling Kaldra.
That can happen I do like the idea of assembling Kaldra, though! If you find out what cards are best dropped for the other two pieces, I'd like to know.
Well Instill Energy is already in the initial list. Karn seems like a great idea for the deck as well, but as said it become quite difficult when trying to cookie cutter the deck to be able to put a few cards in.
If I had to start choosing cards to put on the "chopping block" heres what I would pick. Elvish Piper seems to have no use in this deck, mainly cause you don't have really any fatty creatures that need to be cheated into play. Also with the amount of mana that can be generate with elves in the deck, there's no real need to have to cheat things into play. Maybe the Groundbreaker might be another choice to cut, it seems a little expense to just be able to blow up one land with it, but that's just my opinion.

Doh, overlooked that Instill Energy was already in I think the Piper can indeed be replaced. The Groundbreaker isn't that good, I know, but you need multiple ways to make things into artifacts...and it's retrievable with the Diver and the well...Retriever
Yeah I see what you mean with the Groundbreaker. The only thing I have with it is it just seems a little expensive to just blow up a land for 4 mana. As for retrieving, it's a 2 out of 99 chance I believe that you will get either of those cards. Also, cutting viridian zealot?! It seems like such a tech card in this deck, which if you were playing eternal witness, it could be brought back with it.
Now for a few suggestions that I thought of while I was writing this. Harmonize, Worldly Tutor, and Eternal Witness seem like great additions to the deck. Maybe a fatty creature would be a good idea as well, such as Allosaurus Rider possibly. It can come out early game and grow every turn.

I know the Groundbreaker isn't good...but what else? And all good choices, but what to cut?
Stampeding Wildebeests combos beautifully with ETB critters, like Acidic Slime, Mold Shambler, etc.
Relic Crush is a good 2-for-1 anti-artifact spell that can also destroy enchantments.

PS Yeah, I know the thread hasn't been updated in a while, but I love this deck.
Thanks for reminding me I had a green deck with random big dudes, but I rebuild it just now to Glissa! It's completely different and I need a few cards, but I'll update the decklist!
Have there been any updates for Mirrodin Besieged? Spine of Ish Sah gives you reusable Desert Twisters for one more mana with Glissa. Fangren Marauder would be able to gain oodles of life while you blow up artifact-icized stuff.

Are just the Coating and Lattice enough to start metallicizing stuff? Just two cards seems like it wouldn't be reliable enough to draw a copy.
The Spine of Ish Sah makes me also less reliant and I also have Ashnod's Transmogrant and Transmogrifying Licid to use. But yeah, that's about it...The deck will work without, but not really well. But there aren't that many options otherwise...

Bzzzzt. Wrong. Your general counts as a card in your deck. You may only play 99 cards other than your general.

R Citizen Cane (Feldon of the Third Path)
Yeah, the Spine of Ish Sah and Fangren Marauder will be put in the deck I'm also going to play Creeping Corrosion and I think also Seeds of Innocence. Besides those I'm thinking of Darksteel Plate and Magnetic Mine.
