Heidar's restriction is almost nonexistant as you can just play with Snow-Covered Islands. The idea is to tap en bounce everything, but I tried to put in as much icy, snowy, cold, frosty and chilly cards as possible
What's up with Grimoire Thief? You're not running mill, and the second effect is useless in EDH.
The Thief was in for the random mill, but the Scepter is waaaay cooler Also, the Drake and Crab need to be in, so I took out a Puppeteer, Grimoire Thief and Snowfall. That last one is sooooo in theme, but also sooooo useless
