Telemin Performance + Swerve
If I were to cast Telemin Performance targeting my opponent would I be able to cast Swerve targeting the telemin and target myself? Or because telemin says target opponet am I unable to swerve it to myself?

Correct, you cannot Swerve a Telemin Performance into yourself if you are casting it because of the reason you stated.
