That list is extremely similar to what I run, with a few exceptions:

Swerve - I run only one of these maindeck. It's amazing situationally, but against some decks it's dead or almost dead. Two is probably better, but three seems excessive.

Oblivion Ring - I run path instead, though O-ring is probably fine... Path just has quite a bit more flexibility due to its instant speed and low cc. Also, I like Pathing my own tokens to ramp quite a bit in some situations. Still, might not be a bad choice.

Pyroclasm - I SB this, maindeck is... eh. Depends on your meta I guess? That's a lot of mass removal. Problem is pyro doesn't clear the board against a lot of decks, but it always clears your board. I'd prefer to side it in against the decks you get full use from.

Spell Pierce - I'm not quite sure what my feeling is on this card. It has saved my butt countless times. Its also sat dead in my hand many times. I would still prefer to run it... anybody disagree?

Celestial Purge - I maindeck two of these. It depends on your meta, sure, but it just works against so many decks right now. However, with the advent of Nissa/Monument instead of Jund, maybe not so much.

Yep, you can definatley do it in extended and people do. But usually the best play is a turn 1 double progenitus lol, land, mox, spirit guide, violent outburst, cascade to hypergenesis, play progenitus from hand, play Sakashima from hand. But thats a god 7 card hand. Ive done it on turn 2 though which is still spicy as hell.

The deck doesn't play Mox, since it breaks its cascade plan. Only way to do it is land double spirit guide.

Ahh yeah your right, that leaves you with a 6 out of 7 card god hand then lol.

So, if we draw Iona at anytime and can't play her, how do we get her back into the library? Or do we not, we scoop or the game out using tokens?

I was thinking of using Quest for Ancient Secrets. If I draw Iona opening hand, I can sit one turn possibly and discard. Bad idea?

Normally if I draw all of my Ionas, I drag the game out and play her, if I haven't already won with tokens.

Scooping due to drawing Iona seems like something you should avoid.

Yeah... note that this deck does *not* solely win by comboing out, if it that was the only way, it wouldn't be at all competitive.

If you combo, great. If you can't combo out, you play Planeswalker control. The deck still holds its own. If you draw one (both?) Iona(s), you can still stall until hardcast; I've actually won this way quite often. Getting both Ionas in your hand and sitting on Polymorph sucks, most definitely, but it's not an absolute loss. Trying to "get her back into the library" is a waste of cards.
