Basically, you try and ramp up to being able to cast Bladewing with artifact mana and Dragonspeaker Shaman. You have the ability to dump stuff in your graveyard with Entomb, Buried Alive and Moonlight Bargain. You can also use Jaya to dump dragons in your grave that you draw.
I wanted to get up to 40 land. I also needed some more removal, and another way to get large dragons from my hand into my graveyard. Swapping the dragons is a strict upgrade. The Collar helps with lifegain, and can be used as additional removal with Flameblast and Mordant.
More changes probably coming shortly. Any other ideas would be helpful.

Wheel of Fortune looks like it would be helpful, in addition to be a solid discard outlet it often disrupts your opponents hands. Additionally Urza's Incubator, Belbe's Portal and Quicksilver Amulet should make it easier to get your expensive Dragons into play. Twilight's Call is additional mass reanimation but I'm not sure if you need it.
Sarkhan the Mad goes pretty good...drop him, use his ultimate right away, and pretty much blow away a player. Plus you can sacrifice sneak-attacked or copied dragons to his dragon-making ability.
Where's the Dragonstorm? It's pretty much a 9 mana tutor for whatever you want in your deck, with the bonus of possibly dropping mulitple dragons at the same time....with Anger in the yard, that could make for lots of fun.
With such a high mana curve, I'd suggest running Everflowing Chalice, Thawing Glaciers, and other ways to fix/accelerate your mana.
I basically upped a lot of the creature destruction in the deck, and took out some of the reactive cards for stuff that is more proactive. I'm not sold on Crazy Sarkhan. Unfortunately, his ultimate requires that I over-extend and Wraths are an issue. Most of the time I usually only have 2 dragons on the table, and I rarely have more than 3.
Hadn't really considered Dragonstorm. I don't ever see getting more than 1 dragon with it, and it's pretty costly. Most of the time I tutor stuff into the yard to re-animate with Bladewing, and that's usually good enough. I'll consider it though.
Zirilan is a good idea. I'll have to find one. I do have two sac effects in Diamond Valley and Miren, the Moaning Well, but another would help if I did do this. If I get a Zirilan I will try it out.

Living Death and Patriarch's Bidding will help get all the dragons in your graveyard back into play. Void, Damnation, Starstorm, Oblivion Stone all help with destruction, along with Barter in Blood. Graveborn Muse, Phyrexian Arena and Mind's Eye help with the draw.
Rage Reflection and Gratuitous Violence just seem like fun, dragony cards.
The deck does ok, but not all that great. Anyways, suggestions and comments appreciated.

This is the current version of the deck. I basically messed around with the Enchantments and Instants a little. I had already added Thawing Glaciers and upped the land count to 40 due to the high casting cost of the deck. I haven't been able to get a hold of Quicksilver Amulet and those type of cards yet, but I'm on the lookout. At this point, I have the following as mana help type cards: Armillary Sphere, Darksteel Ingot, Gilded Lotus, Journeyer's Kite, Rakdos Signet, Foriysian Totem, Talisman of Indulgence, Dragonspeaker Shaman. With these, I'm usually good to go with mana.
