So far with the current build it does really well (from what I figure it wins more than it loses with 4 or more people playing), before a lot of changes, I was losing pretty consistently, but I was still pretty satisfied with the way the deck handled before I made those changes. I mainly added answers to everything, while replacing those win-con cards (lots of gain control of target creature cards, also Insurrection)
Here are some cards I want to test with and possibly add permanently, depending on how well they do:
Emeria, the Sky Ruin and Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle are both kind of weak, you're not running a whole lot of plains or mountains and they come into play tapped. Stinkdrinker Daredevil and the two totems both seem a little underwhelming and the myr's are iffy. I would add in Plateau and Sacred Foundry over some basic lands if you can find then. Sol Ring is never bad either. Elspeth, Knight-Errant is a really good planeswalker if you can get one, and Gideon Jura probably wouldn't be too bad either. I'm sure some other people can help some more and I've never run a Brion deck myself.
Also, congrats on getting deck tags working and everything spelled right for one of your first deck lists! A lot of people don't get that very right... The only advice I have there is count how many of each type you have and put that by the spell type.
the overall goal of this deck is to win consistantly without being cheesy (Condemn or Oblation on other generals, using cards like Felidar Sovereign)
I dunno... flinging Serra Avatar is about as cheesy as it gets
Seriously, though. Red and White are the toughest colours to play in EDH. You deserve to use the cheesy cards.
You look to be going in the right direction. You have answers to any threat and you have a diverse way of posing threats. I have a few tips, though.
My first impression is that you're running a lot of narrow cards in your deck. I'm looking at cards like Obstinate Familiar, Hammerheim Deadeye, Stigma Lasher, etc. They all have good uses, but they're all too often dead cards in play or in hand. Yeah, there's a lot of angels and dragons in EDH, but you can do better for removal than the Deadeye. What about Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares?
Also, some cards sort of seem out of place. Stinkdrinker Daredevil and Giant Harbinger for a giant tribe that isn't really there. Is the Harbinger just to help against Hinder and Condemn effects on your general? I guess that makes sense, but why not take advantage of the harbinger and use some other giants as well? Stonehewer Giant is probably the best white creature in EDH. Also, if the Daredevil serves simply to help accel into Brion, you might as well just use a mana artifact in his place, like Thran Dynamo.
Here's my own Brion list for reference. Maybe you can take a few ideas from it. (I know I got some ideas from your's which I plan to test in the future.)
Emeria, the Sky Ruin hasn't helped at all, and I have a lot of recursion, so I will almost definitely cut that.
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle actually won me a game believe it or not. The situation was he was down to just 2 life after a long game and I had just cast Unstable Footingand Flames of the Blood Hand... lo and behold I top decked a Mountain when I needed won FTW... it was probably the best game of Magic I've played in a year or so.
I may end up cutting it if I don't see that it will help me further. Out of the other 7 or 8 games I've played with it in it, it's managed to do like maybe 9 damage alltogether. But I will have to test a little further before I replace it.
I never thought of putting a lot of Plainswalkers in until I got an Elspeth, Knight Errant and a Ajani Goldmane. I had a whole playset of Chandra Nalaar, but traded them away. I didn't find her very effective in really any game I've played.
I will take your advice and test out the two I have. As for Gideon Jura and Ajani Vengeant, we shall have to wait until I can get my grubby hands on them... :oP
As for Plateau for paper that will have to wait a long while until I get the rest of the cards figured out. Online however, I will definitely have to add it to the mix... you're right tho, Sacred Foundry is a must.
I'm not convinced I should drop the Totems or the Myrs. I've tried Coalition Relic, and Journeyer's Kite. However, not sure they were that effective. They are better targets, afterall.
I dunno... flinging Serra Avatar is about as cheesy as it gets

You have a really good point about Serra Avatar lol I just saw it happen once a while back when Lorwyn was new (that long ago lol) and that it was sick. That's when this deck was just an idea.
Dood got hit for like 38 dmg like 6 turns in. Anyways, I suppose you have a point about cheesy. I suppose I could run Condemn and Oblation. Path to Exileand Swords to Plowshares had crossed my mind. I think I will definitely have to give them a try along with the dozen other cards that have been biting at my mind.
Stonehewer Giant is just awesome, but as for my collection I don't have a lot of good equipment yet and I don't plan to add a whole lot to my deck (I was actually thinking of cutting Lightning Greaves), so as for a "dead card", it just may be one without said equipment...
I've been pondering Mind's Eye, and maybe Wheel of Fortune... There was another card draw engine but I've forgotten what it was... Serum something... was an artifact. I'll have to look it up.

Absolutely play Gamble. Your colours have very few options for tutoring and card draw, so you should run everything available to you. I also suggest Enlightened Tutor and Planar Portal for tutors. Also, Mind's Eyes, Memory Jar, and Wheel of Fortune for card draw.
Red/White gives you access to the best aggressive land and the best equipment in the format! Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion and Sunforger are insane. Awesome targets for Weathered Wayfarer and Stonehewer Giant.

I'm thinking of cutting Stigma Lasher for sure. Hammerheim Deadeye perhaps, but flyers are somewhat heavy in my meta. I'm also thinking of cutting Obstinate Familiar for sure, but Giant Harbinger can not only act as a saftey net for Hinder / Condemn / Oblation / Spin into Myth, but it also tutors for Crib Swap
What do you think about cutting Banefire?
Well thanks again guys for the help I will do some more playtesting and see how the new cards go.
