A casual multiplayer EDH that uses plenty of removal, discard and acceleration to cripple the opponent while ramping into some big scary demons. Any feedback is appreciated. I intend to update this deck as new sets are released. Thanks for checking out my EDH deck.
I know how it goes being on a budget here are some cheap options. If you cant find em for under a dollar id be honestly surprised.
Urborg Syphon-Mage A common thats a perpetual syphon soul? good start. Viscera Dragger Cycle him, reanimate him, cycle him again then unearth and swing. So many options for a 5 cent card. Diabolic Servitude lose the animate dead this is the primo option. recurring regrowth is nice. 50 cent uncommon at most Nihilistic Glee dish damage gain life draw cards when your hand is dry. It does it all. 50 cent rare Ichor Slick creature kill with an option for card draw. nice utility common card too. Pestilence Demon The most expensive card ill recommend to you. Its new so it might cost $2 but its a big scary demon and a potential board wiper all in one.
I updated the list, it's now accurate. Because I recently started trading online, it will be easier to pick up some of the aforementioned improvements. Thanks for the advice.
Necropotence or Yawgmoth's Bargain, draw yourself down to 2 life, play Repay in Kind with Seizan on the board, opponents die on their next upkeeps unless they have counters or instant speed life gain
Kuro, Pit Lord + Repay in Kind kills a bunch of creatures and then drops your opponent down into beatsticking range
and those are only a few examples. My friend had a seizan deck that was practically unbeatable, but he did spend about 300$ on it, so I guess you can see why
EDH, on the other hand, is more like a monster truck rally. It's more about the spectacle than the race, the games go long, and it's not usually clear who's in the lead until there's only one truck left.*
Single player EDH is like two guys smacking each other with pillows... until one of them pulls out a shotgun.
You seem to have an awful lot of cards like Raven's Crime, Duress, Siphon Life, Mind Shatter, Hymn to Tourach that only affect one player. If you're playing multiplayer, you want to aim for effects that affect everyone, like Unnerve, Siphon Mind, and Myojin of Night's Reach. Otherwise you're going to find your hand empty facing down other players with lots of resources as you wasted all of your cards hurting a single person.

I don't understand the discard theme here. When you're giving people extra cards, discard isn't going to stop them from making big plays. The general works against the discard theme.
If you want to control people in a deck that gives everyone cards, you need to make it so that they can't get good effect out of those cards. Find ways to keep them off mana while you ramp, or to keep them from attacking you, or keep them from winning, and you'll have more success. Or just make sure your deck can play more spells; a lot of decks are built around tempo being play the 1 or 2 cards I draw in a turn, because they can't assume they'll be sitting down across from someone that'll draw them lots of cards. You can assume you'll get 3 a turn, so you can design your deck around the ability to play 3 a turn and you'll pull way ahead on tempo even without controlling anyone.
One card you should definitely consider is Blood Speaker. This guy is an awesome recurrable tutor in a demon deck, and has always been an all-star in my Ob Nixilis, the Fallen demon tribal deck.

Wound Reflection + Repay in Kind is pretty much an instant win itself if you're down low enough
Wound Reflection + aforementioned Pestilence Demon is a quick way to start killing off all of your opponents
Wound Reflection + Temporal Extortion, either you get an extra turn or someone has to die to stop you
False Cure + Wound Reflection kills anyone trying to ramp their life total too high
Kuro, Pit Lord + Repay in Kind kills a bunch of creatures and then drops your opponent down into beatsticking range
